Best villa in Japan

It didn’t matter that it rained the whole time. the house was more than enjoyable, staff extremely accommodating, and the baths outside were occupied all day.

2泊楽しむことができましたが、気になることが数点ありました。 ①入ってすぐの大きなソファの下に水泳キャップ？のような青いものが落ちていました。 ②お皿は汚れたものが数枚あり、事前に全て洗うことになりました。 ③チェックインの際に、カメムシが大量発生していると急遽伝えられ、部屋に行ってみるとプールやジャグジーにカメムシやその他の虫が浮いており、カメムシは匂いも放つこともあることから到底入れるものではありませんでした。 また、虫を寄せ付けないための対策等も行ってる様子は見れずでした。 ④部屋の中に入ってすぐの廊下や寝室にも虫の死骸が落ちており、事前のチェックがあったのかがとても気になりました。 部屋は素敵だったのですが、虫や清潔感に敏感なこともあり、あまり楽しむことができず対価を感じられませんでした。

部屋が綺麗で、アメニティーが非常に良かった。 部屋の大きさの割に加湿器が小さい、もしくは、数が少ないと感じた。暖房を付けていたので、けっこう乾燥しました。 あと食器の種類がもう少しあれば最高でした。

もう、最高でした✨ アメニティ、寝具、ドリンク、食器、お水、電化製品、清潔さ、害虫対策全てにおいて文句ないくらい整っており、100点満点です！ あと、10ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れて行ったのですが、ベビーベッド、ベビー用寝具、ベビー用チェア、ベビー用食器などなど…ご準備頂いており、この対応お心遣いは最高でした！ 総合受付のスタッフの皆様も丁寧にご対応くださり、とても気分が良くなりました。 ただ、フライパンが使えなくなっていたのですが、連絡するとすぐに新しいものを届けてくださいました。朝食用に準備していたフレンチトーストを無事に作ることができ、大満足な旅行となりました。 午後も是非利用させていただきたいと思います。皆さま、ありがとうございました☆

施設自体や対応いただいたスタッフの方々は、素晴らしいと思うのですが、ナビやGoogleマップではホテルの場所に辿り着けず、1時間以上迷子になってしまいました。 土地勘ないと迷子になるかもしれないです。 お電話で親切に対応いただいたスタッフの方には、感謝です。
