"Enjoyed our week here as our first time in Hilton Head. The beach was great, staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the resort. Any issue we had was immediately handled and we would absolutely return for a shortened stay. With a family of five, we much needed a larger refrigerator and microwave in the room. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful letting our family use it to warm our breakfast and food. This resort is so close to all of the great restaurants and shops at Coligny square. "

"We recently enjoyed a kid-free anniversary getaway at the Omni Hilton Head, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The adult-only pool was serene and relaxing, and having direct access to the beach made it easy to soak up the sun and unwind. We especially loved the cozy fire pits in the evenings and the variety of bars and restaurants on-site—each one offered great service and delicious options. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed somewhere where they still open the door for you—it’s those small gestures that make a big difference. This was our first visit to Hilton Head, and thanks to our wonderful experience at the Omni, we’re already dreaming of coming back with our kids next time. "This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "
