I really dnt understand the hotel staff contact me after 1month I have stay there and ask me to pay for the room I have send them email confirmation and they still ask me for money. Kindly check with the hotel what is going on

Plaza Hotel review

Staff service was particularly good, especially the F&B. Although the breakfast spread was limited, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding! Security staff was also very helpful n friendly. I normally stayed in the deluxe room on the 5th floor, which was good but with the standard room on the 3rd floor, it was below par.

Terrible hotel in a sketchy part of town. It's right opposite a row of karaoke bars with women lined up along the street, and the sounds can be heard in the rooms till the wee hours of the morning. Sheets had stains and the carpet was dusty. Free breakfast is a row of fried items - fried rice, fried noodles, fried meats. Had to survive on bread, jam and the unripe fruit of the day. The worst part was that there were several people smoking INSIDE the breakfast hall and adjacent lobby as we ate!? How is that healthy? Service was terrible. The hotel did not help us book any tours, or even call a tour company or taxi driver. They had no map, no sightseeing list, no advice on where to go and what to do. I'm vegetarian and couldn't eat the dinner there, so I brought in a snack from a halal-certified restaurant outside, and they refused to heat it up, claiming they did not have a microwave or oven in their kitchen? What kind of hotel is this? Tried to order a Coca Cola one evening, and they said they only have Redbull and beer. Staff was very unobliging and most of them did not speak English. Overall, one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

Hotel oki, only through u no good cos u dont provide land transport to & fro hotel & too costly in US$. I have email u several times for transport but no reply from u or hotel. U forced me to buy insurrance US$16 but no transport provided. Can I claim back?
