The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was intermittent unless you were outside or close to the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was delicious and full of a variety of pastries and regional items. The view from where we ate our breakfast was one of a kind. Within a 2-3 minute walk we were at the Car Lift to take us to the top of Taormina. We were within walking distance to 3 beaches. Also the Restaurant associated with the Hotel has delicious food. So if you are in need of a late dinner or snack make sure to ask for a table or take it back to your room, either way it's a must try.

Great experience. This is a good place to start discovering Taormina. Very clean, great sun rise spot and close to the beach. Beds are not that comfortbale.

Had a great stay! Our flight was delayed and they were super helpful and communicative. Amazing location above Mazzaro with a short walk down to the beach and a couple of minutes walk from the cable car. Happy we stayed in Mazzaro as it was sleepy compared to packed Taormina. Thanks Gallodoro!

Loved it! Great location with only a 2 minute walk to the cable car to take you up to Taormina old town. 5 minute walk to Isola Belle beach. Clean and comfy room (beds are on the hard side). Really nice staff and a great buffet breakfast on the balcony looking over the bay. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. Staff was incredible friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We had such a unique room that had 2 floors (bathroom on the bottom floor, sleeps 4 in total, and a small private outdoor sitting area). We had easy outdoor access to our room, steps away from the Hotel's own restaurant which was lovely and was an very convenient. The hotel is also 5 minute walk down a few steps to a beach and also 5 minute walk to the gondola that brings you up to the Taormina city center. Loved our stay and would absolute stay here again in future!

We stayed 2 nights- off season, January. The room (double/sea view) is quite small but the high ceiling made it feel bigger. The TV is rather small (likely 17”). 2 bottles of water were provided along with a few packets of English tea bags. There is a fridge. The air conditioner worked well. The bed is a bit hard but no too uncomfortable. I loved that it is pitch black when all the windows are closed. The shower is made for a small framed person. The towels are not soft but smelled and looked clean. Our room came with a semi private and very nice balcony which opens to a great sea view to catch the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Finding a good place to eat is a 10 minute drive to the town of Taormina. It was a little hair raising experience for me as a passenger seeing the car coming into our lane on the twisty/hairpin turns to the town at night but I would not recommend eating at the hotel’s restaurant; it was one of the worst pizza and pasta I’ve had, here in Italy as well as the US. I think you’re better off stopping at a gas station and pick up food there. Parking is a bit tight even in a compact car. There are 7 spots available but they are made for compact or mini cars. There are 2 staff (at check in and lunch/dinner) we interacted both were very pleasant. I am not surprised that the hotel is rated 1 ⭐️ for its amenities. Conveniently a short walking distance to Isola Bella. It has a lot of potential to be better.

Seaside views right at your door. Clean and efficient accommodation, housekeeping, staff came and visited every day without prompting. The room was comfortable and easy access to the restaurant which had commanding views over the sea. Staff were friendly and accommodating always. Hard-working and diligent.

My skin felt like it was crawling every time I walked in the room The bathroom walls were filthy you could see the dirt dripping on the walls the towels were stained the paint on top of the bathroom tile was peeling there were bugs it was not a pleasant experience the restaurant staff was nice if the other hotel wasn’t built in front of their terrace the view would’ve been nice too but they need a deep cleaning and update not worth the money at least now that we’ve been we know where to stay in the future we thought stayingclosertonthenbeach was the answer but it’s better to stay closer to town and take an uber out to the beach once since it costs 30€ each time you order one

Great locstion woth amazing views over the sea (from the terrace). Breakfast was really mediocre and there were constantly birds landing on the terrace (not something that can be controlled by the hotel, but could be more actively patrolled). All of the staff were lovely, apart from one of the young guys who was extremely awkward and a little unfriendly. The Pizza is absolutely delicious and I highly reccomend this in the evenings, with soft jazz in the background.

Reception staff very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Accommodation did not live up to the description of "superior triple room". Three adults in one small room. Description of i double bed and 1 twin bed, the twin bed was a sofa bed and an underneath pull out bed which made even less room.
