“On my way to Taormina after renting a car in Catania, I encountered a traffic jam at a roundabout. It was then that the car behind me bumped into my rear bumper, causing an accident. I received the contact information of the driver who caused the accident, but I had trouble deciphering the handwritten phone number, so I asked for help at the hotel. A male staff member kindly called the driver directly and resolved everything. He also contacted the hotel in Palermo, my next destination, to...

“Our stay at Medousa Suites was wonderful. It is located right outside of the main entrance to Corso Umberto/Main Street through Taormina making it a prime location. The room had a beautiful balcony with views of the water and Mt.Etna. The room itself was clean, bed was comfy, and we had a very nice coffee machine. Staff were great! Medousa bistro is right below the suites and is perfect for breakfast or a nice dinner. Everything shopping and food wise is a 2-5min walk. Things that are nice to...

“The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We highly recommend this hotel.”

“L’emplacement est génial. Appartement offrant beaucoup. Pour la qualité de l’hébergement, il devrait changer le matelas de la chambre 104”

“Loved the location. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Taormina. So, it's so nice to just enjoy, relax and be at peace after walking around. Our room overlooks the sea via our balcony. So, you can just see us relaxing both day and night out in the balcony. Breakfast was great. And most of all the host, Giovanni was excellent and made sure that we are very much taken cared of. Just what you want on a host.”

“Sehr netter Gastgeber!

“It was very comfortable and relaxed stay in Carlotta. We could feel that they greeted in heart and all hotel staffs remember our small preference even for the coffee style. Especially I hope you can have a chance to visit roof top restaurant in the morning for a breakfast or for the dinner. It is awesome, view, atmosphere, service and taste. they serves many kinds of dishes in the morning but at the same time it was really full of sincere. You should visit Carlotta!!”

“It was such a fantastic time. I visited this hotel for my honeymoon. All the staff treated us kindly and introduced us to a nice room. I can't forget the ancient room and the wonderful view. Not only breakfast, but also the restaurant where I had lunch and the bar I used for dinner were all perfect. I won't forget the well-cared garden. It's such a wonderful place that I want to visit Sicily again later. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.”

“It was amazing. The antique hotel is beautiful. The services was perfect. Although a whether was unpredictable, the city was so nice. Breakfast was also fine, we were able to stay cozy and comfortable. Thanks for everything.”

“Location lovely; right on the water. We had booked a seaside room but a mistake was made in our reservation and we only had room for one night and then had to move to another room. No view but clean and nice and staff very kind and accommodating and we got a discount. Breakfasts lovely. Our only complaint was no mention the rooms are on the 4th floor and no elevator. They help bring up luggage, but hard to negotiate post knee replacement. However, staff kind and friendly and we had a great...
