The lady that cared for the property was wonderful. It was very comfortable and so convenient to local attractions. Parking is available nearby but you will have to bring you bags 100m or so from the paid parking garage. But once you’re settled it’s wonderful

The stay was excellent. One important thing to note is that there are two bars just downstairs from the rooms both with live music that continues until midnight multiple nights a week. It is quite loud

Em geral, a estadia foi tranquila, exceto o aborrecimento com o aquecedor algumas vezes, e que nos fez tomar banho frio, mas ao final foi resolvido. Hotel bem localizado, sem café da manhã, mas com cafeteira e chaleira no quarto que permite um lanche rápido. Muitas opções de restaurantes e café da manhã na região.

Ottimo B&B nel pieno centro di Taormina. Al nostro arrivo è stato possibile effettuare il check-in self-service e accedere subito alla nostra stanza, che è risultata essere molto spaziosa, con un letto comodissimo e tutto sommato silenziosa, nonostante la musica live nei locali antistanti. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente i prodotti per la doccia e le bottiglie d'acqua nel frigo bar offerte, la gentilezza e la cortesia di Barbara, la titolare e Veronica, che ci ha preparato delle ottime colazioni e ha fatto il possibile per soddisfare i nostri desideri. Il B&B si raggiunge agevolmente dal parcheggio Porta Catania, ma se volete risparmiare quasi la metà, lasciate l'auto al parcheggio Lumbi e permette il bus navetta che vi porta a piazza S. Pancrazio. La distanza dal B&B a piedi, a questo punto, è più o meno la stessa. Vorremmo raccomandare il B&B Porta di Mezzo a chi cerchi in luogo ospitale dove permanere a Taormina.

Ah Taormina...the unexpected jewel in our two week trip to Italy. Location location location. You're on the main street where locals do the evening passegiata. The hotel has very nice and helpful staff who puts together a tasty fortifying breakfast for you. The room is ample and clean. I would definitely stay here again. In fact you know how you play "could I live here" when you're on vacation? The answer is hands down yes! We were in Taormina during low tourist season and it is clear there are day trippers who come visit, but the real joy is having enough time to explore the little streets, discovering sumptuously decorated balconies with container gardens, or the hilly walks down to the beaches, or the walled perimeters of the old city. Not to mention a day trip to Mt Etna. So glad we spent 3 days here; could have stayed longer.

Barbara gave us a very nice breakfast. The room was attractive in a desirable part of Taormina. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We had an excellent view of the sea. We would stay there again.

Sensacional.

Maravilhoso local com ótima decoração e muito bem localizado. O atendimento foi acima da média por Cristiano e sua equipe. Visitei também o restaurante da familia, uma osteria com dois meses de inauguração, muito bem estruturada e ótima comida. Parabéns pelos dois empreendimentos.

Nettes kleines Hotel mitten in Taormina

Nur 4 Zimmer, alle tip-top, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Liegt mitten in der Stadt am Corso Umberto. Zu Fuß kommt man überall hin. Parken an der Porta Catania. Leckeres Frühstück am gemeinsamen Tisch. Ist allerdings nichts, wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht , dafür ist es in der Fußgängerzone zu trubelig.

Decepcionante y nada "luxury, desde luego. Reservamos una habitación triple con vistas al mar y éste a penas se divisaba entre dos edificios que se hallaban delante.La cama supletoria era estrechísima y a penas dejaba espacio para abrir las maletas. La decoración, fea y raída. Eso sí, está bien ubicado y el desayuno es decente. Pésima relación calidad/precio

Great B&B in a central location

The B&B is in the heart of Taormina just by the clock tower, up a set of stairs used for tables by the restaurant opposite. Lovely place and a great central location just seconds onto the main shopping/eating area. We arrived by train & bus and walked to the B&B so couldn't comment on parking if you had a car. All rooms are located up an internal staircase once inside the B&B. Our room had a sea view (over the top of the hotel rooftop in front) which was a lovely addition. The dining room had a communal table and the items on offer (bread, cheese, meat, cakes, fruit etc.) were plentiful, and our lovely host also offered scrambled egg which was delicious and freshly squeezed orange juice. We only stayed one evening, a Sunday, the bar/restaurant below the B&B had entertainment on until roughly midnight so made the late evening a little noisy even with double glazing.
