"Really enjoyed my recent stay, the room was clean, very comfortable bed and big bathroom, the motel is in a great location and not far from the Main Street and the gold fields. Host Warren nothing was to much trouble and makes you feel very welcome."

"Happy & friendly greeting upon check-in. Room was beautifully tidy and clean & smelling fresh. Room had everything needed for my overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable, air-conditioner more than did its job and the room was spaciously set out with plenty of seating and storage for personal belongings. While there is no pool located onsite, the local community pool down the road was accessible and open. It is an older style motel/caravan park, however every part that i experienced was comfortable, clean, in working order and maintained with pride. Thankyou & see you next time. "

"Fairbank House is truly elite. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a generous hamper filled with beautiful local produce — such a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel welcome. The home itself strikes the perfect balance between stunning period charm and modern comfort. Every detail has been considered, from the fairy lights and bug zappers outside to the well-equipped BBQ and outdoor area — ideal for relaxed evenings. Inside, the three spacious bedrooms were beautifully styled with plush bedding, and the bathrooms were equally lovely. Every amenity you could possibly need was provided, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Communication with Jamie was seamless — friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. Maldon is one of Victoria’s best-kept secrets — full of character and charm, with plenty to explore. And with Castlemaine, Kyneton, Daylesford, Bendigo, and Mount Macedon all nearby, it’s the perfect base for a regional escape. We couldn’t fault our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!"
