Cheap and cheerful - but beware when booking. When booking on Expedia I entered our details for a family of 4 needing 2 rooms. Turns out what we booked was 2 chalets, each with 2 rooms. So we ended up paying for 2 chalets when we only needed one. When checking in we were allocated chalets 11 & 38 - at opposite ends of the site. There was no way we were going to split so we only occupied one chalet. No refund at the site, no help from Expedia after immediately contacting them. We effectively paid double for our stay. All that said, it’s cheap to stay, in a great spot close to the beach. A short drive to Bayonne and Biarritz and we had a fun stay as a family with two teenagers.

Dans l'ensemble le logement et propre et avec le nécessaire qu'il faut pour le séjour. Le lieu est agréable, proche de la plage. Par contre, nous avons été déçu sur la qualité du matelas et des oreillers qui ne représentent pas les photos de l'annonce. Les matelas sont très fins, ils sont semblable aux matelas pour lit pliable et les oreillers ont bien vécus.

Hébergement correct avec de la place ! Prévoir de quoi nettoyer en plus que le kit de base du sopalin etc. Endroit très agréable au calme et très pratique entre piscine plage et même un tour aux fêtes de bayonne! Je reviendrais!

Recomiendo el sitio, muy bonito, el personal estupendo, que bonitas personas, lo único que me ha disgustado es que el check in es muy tarde y el check out muy temprano, no dan tiempo de usar nada y fueron bastantes horas de ir desde casa y regresar

Sinceramente péssimo o local! Cheiro muito forte de mofo! Nenhuma informação referente aos horários de atendimentos para Check in e Check out! Cheguei na propriedade as 14 horas e fui informado que apenas a partir das 16:30 teria alguém para me recepcionar! Simplesmente te entregam a chave de um chalé sujo e com muito cheiro de mofo! Ao solicitar uma ajuda foi repassada outra chave de um chalé que tinha os mesmos problemas! Detalhe um hotel que não fornece toalha de banho! Para se ter acesso a um jogo de toalhas fui cobrado o valor de 14,00 Euros! Isso porque eu tive que voltar ao local e perguntar onde tinha as toalhas! Local é muito ruim! Não tem nada com as fotos! Sem Internet! Local sem o mínimo de estrutura para se chamar de hotel!

Séjour agréable, le personnel a été très professionnel. Le village est très calme et bien placé. Un petit bémol. Un peu d’humidité dans les logements. Nous n’avons pas voulu mettre le chauffage sachant qu’il ne faisait pas froid.

Aunque fue difícil contactar con ellos, porque sólo dos personas hablan en inglés (una muy poco) y una poquito en español, y estaban en turno de tarde, el sitio es bonito. Una vez allí el personal es agradable y el entorno muy natural. Las cabañas son muy básicas, camas incómodas pero camas al final. Lo único, el suelo muy sucio y olor a humedad muy fuerte. El resto muy limpio.
