AC didn’t work properly. Stains in room. Beds too high. I’m 5’3 and had to climb in. Too expensive for the quality provided!! Also doesn’t allow discount based on you being there bc family member in CCU at Westchester Medical. You have to call first and not pre pay to get a discount. SMH

Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly however guests were loud and obnoxious during quiet hours. Hotel walls are paper thin. Bring earplugs.

Overall it was a nice experience, however, I did specifically choose this location because the expedia listing included a train shuttle. When I called the hotel to set up, they do not have a train shuttle.

The Starbucks and Tesla chargers are convenient. There’s also a grocery store right next to the place. Small rooms, old elevators, and a cramped lobby make it a decent stay.

The staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating to my disabled husband. The staff lowered the mattress to a level he could use safely and they loaned us a wheelchair to get him to the car the next day. Thank you to all.

The pool and hot tub were being repaired during Easter weekend which is a shame because it was the only reason we booked a room there. There was no mention of maintenance or repair on the website. We were given a complimentary breakfast as a consolation and were able to switch our room from a shower to bathtub room. We made the best of it although disappointed. Otherwise, a nice looking hotel.

Great place to stay!
Our stay was very nice and we enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness and surroundings. Rhe pool and hot tub were great! Monique was kind, helpful and pleasant upon check in and out. Grace at the hotel bar made great drinks and offered an up beat engery even late at night. The Starbucks on site was excellent. The downfall is they open from 7am to 5pm daily. They even closed 20 minutes early one day, that was a bit upsetting. Thankfully, the cookies and refreshing beverage available in the hotel lobby, helped to curb the kid's disappointment. Overall, we look forward to another stay in the near future.

Brooklyn does Terrytown...
We had a great weekend out of Brooklyn for the weekend. It was cold and snowy, but we had a good time. The hot tub is nice and warm. The pool and hot tub area is small, but convenient and clean with plenty of towels. Rooms clean and comfy beds. The lobby fruit infused water is a great touch. Monique, Dominque, and Ravon where great at the front desk. Good suggestions and directions.

Nice, clean hotel that appears to have been remodeled. Lobby is nice, room was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub but pool area in general looked oldish.

The hotel had a leak and had a disgusting smell. The staff acknowledged it. They offered to change our room except that they did not have another room with a King Bed.The hotel itself needs updating. It is dark and dingy.
