When you enter the property you are transported to another era, the architecture, the furniture, and the patio. We arrived at night and the next day we started the day having our breakfast in a patio with orange trees around (Leila) the girl who served us, super friendly. Thank you Leila, you are very special.

The hotel is situated in the old town of Tarsus. It is close to all the main historical sites. The building is very old as are the period houses around it. Some in better repair than others. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a good meal in the fish restaurant situated in the hotel's enclosed courtyard. We enjoyed the hotel for it's uniqueness and stayed an extra night.

Very friendly staff who was extremely patient and accommodating with our schedule changes. Reception, garden and grounds are very nice, great location. Mildew in bathroom due to leak (which they cleaned upon being asked) and slight lingering smoke smell in non-smoking room. Could use some TLC. Would go back, but inspect room first. Super nice people!!

We were given beds with used sheets, no breakfast buffet, only Turkish speaking staff... Very unfriendly... My daughter asked for hot water... They refused!!! No coffee for breakfast.. Only tea... We had to ask for toilet paper....

The officer at the front desk was aware of ou booking. She insisted that I have no reservation although I had the itinerary regarding my payement. At the end, she was not still convinced. The cleanliness was very poor. There were hair on the sheets and smoked cigarettes on the floor. I changed the sheets myself. I believe, the whole facility requires a renewal

2 gün rezervasyonum vardı 7 bin tl ödemeniz var dediler bana bende ödemeyi yaptım otelden erken ayrılmam gerekiyordu 1 gün kaldım ve ona rağmen benden kahvaltı ücreti alındı +2000 tl ücret istendi benden 1 gün için 7 bin tl vermeme rağmen. Hayatım boyunca kaldığım en kötü oteldi

Hotel mit historischem Touch

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels versetzt einen um 150 Jahre zurück in eine andere Epoche, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung bräuchte etwas mehr Unterhaltsarbeiten. Im Bad ging ein Licht nicht und der Ventilator im Bad machte sehr viel Lärm. Dafür ist die Dusche sensationell, Wellness pur. Ansonsten fehlte es uns an nichts. Leyla Yorumda hat sich äusserst hilfsbereit um unser Wohl gekümmert, sie hat wunderbare Arbeit geleistet. Sehr freundlich war auch ihre andere Mitarbeiterin. Schade, dass wir kein Türkisch können. Ev. könnte das Hotel Management ihren Mitarbeitenden einen Englischkurs anbieten und die Kosten übernehmen? Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Tarsus sind zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Matando a curiosidade

Foi muito boa. A única restrição foi que os locais de interesse como o poço de Paulo estava fechado. Conseguimos ir ao museu que valeu à pena e conhecer o Portão de Cleópatra, além das antigas casa de Tarso. No hotel o atendimento foi ótimo. Muito atenciosos e queridos.

internet rezervasyonumuzu yok saydılar.uzerine telefon ile rezervasyonumuzu onayladiklari halde gece gittiğimizde( geç geleceğimizi bildirmistik) yerimiz yok deyip hiçbir çözüm üretmeden gayet rahat siyrildilar. böyle bir işletme Tarsusa yakışmıyor, neyseki yan tarafta burhanoglu Konak otel bizi çok güzel agirladi

Kamer en laken roken naar sigaretten. Kamer is gedateerd en toe aan renovatie. Douche was niet afgeschermd waardoor het toilet helemaal nat werd. Ontbijt was standaard. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Aman ha.

Otelin avlusunda lokanta var ve akşam bu lokantaya dışarıdan insanlar balık yeyip rakı içmeye geliyor. Bu adamları memnun etmek için müziği açıyorlar ve adamların eğlenirken sesleri sanki odadadaymış gibi net geliyor. Saat gece 1 e kadar uyuyamadım. Pavyonun ortasındamı yattım oteldemi yattım bilemedim. Ayrıca otel temiz değil. internet sitelerinin goygoyuna gelip gitmeyin hepsi yalan.
