A very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is exceptional. The décor was well done with a local flavour. I highly recommend this hotel.

予約した客室と異なる部屋に一方的に変更されるトラブルがありました。 私はファミリースイートを3泊で予約していましたが、チェックイン後に案内されたのはスタンダードルームでした。すぐに申し出たところ、「下水設備の不具合があるので案内出来ない」と説明され、実際にその箇所の写真まで見せられました。深夜のチェックインで責任者も不在とのことで、その日はやむなく受け入れました。 しかし翌日、責任者に確認すると説明は一変し、「あなたの支払額はスタンダードルーム相当だ」「テストオープン期間中のため予約条件は無効」「料金が正規ではない」と言われました。後から料金改定があった可能性は理解できますが、チェックイン後にそのような説明をされても納得できるものではありません。 さらに、事前連絡がなかった理由についても「連絡先が分からなかった」「Expediaに連絡したが返信がなかった」と責任転嫁され、加えてチェックイン時の設備不具合の説明については「新人が理解していなかった」とのことでした。説明が二転三転し、非常に不信感を覚えました。 推測ではありますが、設備不具合の写真まで用意されていた点から、同様のケースに対する対応があらかじめ準備されていたのではないかとも感じています。 大前提として、予約サイトを通じて確定した予約はホテルとの契約であり、たとえ特別価格であってもホテル側が提示・承認した条件です。「安い料金だったから無効」という後出しの説明は、利用者として受け入れられるものではありません。 設備や食事自体は一定の水準ですが、対応には大きな問題があります。トラブルを避けたい方には利用をおすすめできません。
