“The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. “This hotel has a great view of Tatry. Check-out time is a little bit early I guess. The swimming pool opens at 10:00. Therefore, you cannot use the pool in the morning of the check-out day. Breakfast is relatively good. But the dinner is so-so. There are not many selections. Staffs are so nice and helpful.”

“War alles sehr gut, Büffet zum Frühstück und abends sehr reichhaltig und lecker, allerdings etwas wenig zusammen passende Speisen abends. Wie gesagt, lecker war's auf jeden Fall! Der Wellness/Spa Bereich wirkt etwas mehr nach Hallenbad aber die Leute dort waren sehr hilfsbereit und ich hatte kurzen aber erholsamen Spaß. “Schöner Aufenthalt im Haupthaus mit Bergblick und damit weg von der Hauptstraße. Modern und neu eingerichtetes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und kleinem Fluss direkt vorm Haus, den man angenehm hört bei offenem Fenster. Gutes Frühstück u Essen. Nicht weit zur Bergbahn”

“Great breakfast and cosy spacious room. Door handle loose in bathroom as screws missing. Our room was ready before check in time which was convenient however the bin had not been emptied.”

“L’arrivo non è stato dei migliori, non trovavano la prenotazione e addirittura mi aveva detto che non collaboravano con hotes, mah! Colazione ricca anche se ruota poco il mangiare, la sala è grande ed anche se c’è molta gente si trova posto, manca sicuramente la macchina per tostare il pane (strano per una struttura così) L’appartamento era grande, così com’è il bagno”
