"The moment we arrived we were greeted by a lovely staff member. Car parking was nice and easy. We did have to climb stairs with our luggage to get to our suite. The suite was a good size, welcoming fresh, and with a nice view. The spa worked well and was well worth a relax in. All the beds were like soft clouds and the pillows were amazing. We had the best nights sleep. The couch was not to comfortable to sit in to watch tv as it sunk in the middle. The bonus was the plunger coffee. We were extremely thankful to drink a great cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this place as when you travel you want a good nights sleep. "
