"Very much enjoyed the valet service, size of our room, kitchenette in our room, and the Bow and Bend restaurant for breakfast. "

"Other guests used the stairwell and landing (that has comfy chairs placed there) to socialize past midnight. Sucks when your room is right next to the stairwell! Staff did not follow through the next night with enforcing ‘quiet’ hours even after multiple rooms complained."

"Worst hotel I have ever had in my entire life. The front desk had cancelled my reservation because my card on file was expired, Expedia sent me an email stating I had 12 hours to update and I was going to be at check in within that 12 hour norice so I left it until I arrived . The front desk would not honor my Expedia pricing and charged me nearly double to stay here. The rooms have zero sound proofing at all I could hear the people on both sides of my room for theee nights straight I got hardly any sleep due to how loud it was . I checked out early and left a night early , no refund of course on the 4 th night but to me it was better than trying to stay there any longer. 10/10 Do not recommend staying here . "

"Air conditioner was broken and sealed on a very hot day. Sheets n such weren't cleaned or if they had was poorly done as stains were visible. Lowkey slept more on the couch. Shower drain was clogged. If I had to give an overall rating I would rather just pay extra staying elsewhere"

"Breakfast was very good. Set menu daily. Lots of options for food (oatmeal, yogurt station with all the fixings, fruit. Etc ontop of the hot options. Room was horrible. I paid for the executive suite with kitchenette part and it was dirty.. sheets were ripped, hair on bedding, windows were filthy it made having the curtains open feel so dungy and gross. Safety hazard is what concerned me the most. No screen in window and we were floor 14. Not enough toilet paper given or towels had to ask for more. Tv was smart tv decent size. Kitchen stuff was dirty and food on utensils. Would like manager to respond to me to get a discount. The safety issue was not okay. I tried asking the front for manager email or contact but they wouldnt provide it. Elevators was soo small the luggage cart barely fit. My mother who is physically disabled had to wait 15 min when we first got there for an elevator to our room. The cleaning staff kept hogging it and other elevator was broken down. Kind of a crap experience. Wouldnt recommend. "

"Great room. Booked mainly for the jet tub. But didnt realize it was in the middle of down town till i got there. Enjoyed my stay."
