“First room they gave us was under construction. Second room was fine but humid and warm.
Reservation said it included breakfast but no breakfast was available and no compensation was given. Hotel said it was Expedia’s fault and Expedia said it was hotel’s fault. Sounds pretty convenient for those companies but not for the customer.
Very frustrating.”

“My schedule was delayed, so I arrived late, but Manager Javi was cleaning but immediately came over to help me.
Although I wasn’t able to use other facilities, the breakfast was more than satisfying. There was yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal, and it seemed like the kids around also enjoyed it.
I was traveling alone for business this time, but I’d love to come back again.”
