Marionn Hotel was enjoyable and very suitable for my needs. Located three blocks from the Alavari Metro and bus stop. The room was clean and maintained daily. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of coffees, teas, salads, meats, fruit, yogurt, juice, in addition to cooked-to-order omelets. My only complaints are the mattress seemed old and worn, but still comfortable. And the WiFi was a little slow for streaming.

First reaction was that it was in a poor location but once we found our way into Tblisi it was find. Not like a chain hotel but comfortable and good value compared to others we looked at.

New small hotel unreliable

Arrived easily, secured parking available, new building. Staff are friendly, beds are small(sub-standard). Hotel facing very noisy road, but manageable when you close the window. While taking a shower noticed water pressure very low, asked the reception, they said its a matter of municipality. At midnight while trying to sleep on first day of arriving from airport on a warm day at Tbilisi with a noisy road facing the room's window, AC went off. Hotel staff kept promising that the matter is under control and will take a while until its fixed, but didn't. Had to check-out at 2:00 A.M. and to drive to another hotel and managed to check in successfully. Nevertheless was charged one night charge(for a stay of 8 hours, 2 of them without AC, 7 of them without sufficient water).
