"Very clean. Excellent location. Can’t believe how close it was to everything. Only issue was balcony. I always go on holidays where there’s a good balcony. This one had potential but it was blocked with glass and the pictures are a deception. So you can’t actually go into it. If balcony is improtant done come here not sure why they’ve blocked it. Otherwise everything good. "

"We had a great stay in Valencia. Antony and Margie gave brilliant couples massage experience that felt very professional and relaxing. Ana Maria, Rosa, and Veronica were incredibly helpful, no request was too small and they really looked after us. I previously stayed at the same hotel in Madrid, which is why I booked again, and I’m so glad I did. The rooms were very clean and we were really happy with our room type. Room service was quick (the burger was great!), and we also had a lovely steak dinner in the restaurant upstairs. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the little touches like sweets around the hotel were a nice surprise. I felt very well looked after and would definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone!"
