"Very clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"During the last portion of my vacation, I fractured my ankle and the staff at Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo were very nice and helpful. They loaned me a wheelchair to use and moved my husband and myself to an accessible room. Special thanks to Jess at the front desk who helped me find a medical clinic nearby where I was able to see a doctor and get X-rays done. And thanks to the concierge man (forgot his name) downstairs who helped with luggage and got my wheelchair. The hotel is close to Costco, Tri-Bowl, Central Park and lots of small eateries nearby. The subway is right beside the hotel which we didn’t use. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Hyundai outlets are also close by. Room is decent size and very clean. "

"I did not have breakfast. Room far too hot. Staff could not help; told me to wait once the floor heating was turned off. Explained I had done so a few hours earlier & it hadn't cooled. Just shrugged & left. No concierge help getting luggage to taxi on leaving. Staff were always polite but utimately not helpful. Have stayed in other hotels where staff were proactive with any problems - e.g. a fan was brought to my room and set up for me when temperature could not be adjusted. Unimpressed with '5 star' rating. No instructions or information in room as to wifi access or how anything worked, including tv. "

"Yes, I was pleasantly surprised to see everything was in good clean condition. Kitchen was well equipped and AC was working fine. "

"We had an issue with the room originally assigned. Staff on duty was very polite and attentive, immediately came up to try to resolve the issue."
