Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Breakfast on the enclosed terrace with a lake view was excellent. The front staff were ever so helpful in booking me an e-bike. If you’d like to stay somewhere with old world charm, this is it. Also if you’re looking for something different to eat, try their Latin themed restaurant, Kasa, right next door. Though not associated with the hotel, the Schloss Cafe Aran, right across the street will set you up with a selection of delicious cakes and other treats. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Tegernsee.
Tegernsee Ferry, and on the big boat you can enjoy an adult beverage.

Room clean and lovely view from the room located at garden side. No AC in room. Luckily we were there during lovely weather. Noisy in the AM from garbage trucks and other vehicles passing by. The road is immediately in front of hotel. Breakfast very nice. There's a front room with full windows allowing you to overlook the gorgeous lake while having breakfast. In the evening we sat on the terrace for a glass of wine and watched the lights come on over the lake. Staff very friendly!

I visited this area for the first time, and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are good sized and the bed is very comfortable. The windows swing open wide which was nice to bring in the cool evening air. The location is right in the action for the town, and it's across the street from the lake so I had a really nice view from the room. The restaurant is very good, opting to eat there twice for dinner. The breakfast which was included in the room was very good too. The front desk team spoke perfect English which I appreciated and their directions and suggestions were very much appreciated.

Difficult to get to train station from property. A long walk with luggage and no help from the hotel. Taxi was unavailable as we were leaving at 7 am. Lots of noisy traffic.

Einzelzimmer gibt es nur 2 im Dachgeschoss mit Dachluke also keine Aussicht, Doppelzimmer sind auch klein. Das Essensangebot ist aber sehr gut und die Lage direkt an der Schiffsanlegestelle auch gut. Der Preis für das EZ ist für das Gebotene zu hoch.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, leider war unser Zimmer sehr alt, das Badezimmer stammt aus den 70er Jahren. Daher steht der gehobene Preis nicht im richtigen Verhältnis. Frühstück war aber sehr gut.
