"Excellent stay. Very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts (Suman and husband) and extremely helpful staff. The food and conversation are great, the views are nice and the hotel is conveniently located from forest trails and a lovely sunset point. Overall, we had a very nice stay for three nights at the Hermitage in Kanatal."

"This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. "Our brief, less-than-24-hour stay at Hyatt Regency Dehradun was unexpectedly one of the most memorable part of our Uttarakhand vacation! From the warm welcome, delightful high-tea with live music, and fun kids' pizza class, the breathtaking view surrounding the property to the scrumptious breakfast and gorgeous, spacious room, everything was exceptional. But the true gem was Savleen Kaur. Her extraordinary warmth and dedicated attentiveness were beyond anything we've ever experienced in our global travels. She made our son feel uniquely special from arrival to departure and consistently ensured our comfort. Savleen alone is reason enough for us to return to this exceptional hotel."

"Very nice property at the Ganges, around 200 steps down but a steep climb. Food was exceptional and service as good. Very nice breakfast and great service standards! The rooms are not designed properly, even a hair dryer doesn't have a socket in the washroom or next to any mirror. Very stringent on their rules which may rightly suit them but can be quite hard on the guests. Adjacent to road hence even at night the cars sound etc is very loud in the rooms. Very nice bar and good cocktails offered. Expensive overall. Cant directly easily spot the ganges from the rooms / property however a little walk down and voila you are inside the river! We did an aarti at the ganges with all friends and was very scenic! Some of us did a yoga session at the poolside and was quite serene. Location is away from main city rishikesh hence away from the hustle and bustle. Taj Anand Kashi just 5 - 10 mins drive away."
