โThis is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. โExcellent stay. Very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts (Suman and husband) and extremely helpful staff. The food and conversation are great, the views are nice and the hotel is conveniently located from forest trails and a lovely sunset point. Overall, we had a very nice stay for three nights at the Hermitage in Kanatal.โ

โLocation is a bit in the interior, hotel is under maintenance/upgradation phase and looks a bit messy as of now. Rooms are good but bathrooms needs maintainence,food is good, staff is the best part, they are very helpful. Overall neutral experience.โ
