"Hotel description includes elevator. Our deluxe suite was on the third floor but the steep spiral staircase was difficult. Even the young staff who came up was puffing heavily. We were offered a similar room in the part of the hotel that does has an elevator. Was assured that there was a walk in shower as well as the spa bath (reason we had not booked the Suite Room in the beginning).
