전체적으로 가격 대비 나쁘진 않았습니다 (해변도 가깝고 주변에 레스토랑도 많습니다 ) 다만, 객실 청결도가 아주 좋지는 않았고 제일 불편했던 점은 온수가 충분히 공급되지 않았습니다 보일러를 켜야 온수가 나오는 시스템이었는데 약 10분간만 온수가 나와서 이게 제일 불편했어요

The location is great in general (close to the beach, grocery stores, car hire and dining/shopping options). The owner and receptionist were happy to assist with any issue/request. However, the entire street is under construction these days, which makes it less accessible and the apartment is tiny and quite outdated - the bath is cracked, the double beds are in the kitchenette, which is also the dining area and the main entrance (my daughter asked me why she sleeps in the kitchen 😄). The apartment should have been properly cleaned before we checked in, the floor was dirty.

This property is in a great location if you’re staying in Tel Aviv. Close to practically everything, within walking distance from the beach, Diezengoff, and more! It makes for a much more comfortable stay having your own apartment in Tel Aviv rather than a one room hotel. Very nice staff, extremely helpful, a great place!

I didn’t like that is was dated and some of the tv stations didn’t work. I liked that it was quiet and walking distance to the beach. The front desk lady was great, but the gentleman wasn’t friendly.

Comfortable apartment near the beach

The apartment was bettet than expected! Very clean and comfortable for our family. Close to the beach and great restaurants but on a quieter street so we didnt hear any noise. Reception staff were available 24/7 and very helpful

Ce voyage au sein de cet établissement était catastrophique. Je ne pourrais même pas choisir quel mot négatif attribuer à ce séjour dans cet établissement vu à quel point j’ai été choquée. Durant le séjour du personnel rentrait dans nos appartements sans aucune autorisation avec les cartes qu’ils possédaient. Ça nous ait déjà arrivé de trouver la porte de l’appartement ouvert alors que nous l’avions fermé. Nous avons également soupconne des caméras dans les appartements tout au long du séjour et nous ne sentions extrêmement mal à l’aise à cause de cela. Pour 6 adolescentes de 19ans nous nous sentions extrêmement mal à l’aise. Cela est une atteinte à la vie privée. De plus, nous avons été expulsés d’une manière violente avant la fin de séjour. Des actes violents de la part du personnel ont eu lieu ainsi que des insultes de leur part. J’ai été extrêmement déçue et choquée de cet établissement. J’ai également contacté expédia à plusieurs reprises j’attends toujours un retour. Je n’accepte absolument pas tout ce qui s’est passé et je ne veux absolument pas laisser passer. Je déconseille cet endroit il est à fuir !!

Great place to stay close to the beach. Lacks the amenities of a “hotel” but still a great option to save some money and get a little more room. Patio balcony is huge and the upstairs room allowed us to spread out a little. Highly recommended.

Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Kindern sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist ideal zum Strand und einem öffentlichen Pool gelegen. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment at Ben Yahuda that was actually 2 stories with a kitchenette and upstairs balcony overlooking the city. The location was excellent - just 2 blocks away from the beach and a block from main bus routes. The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. Cleaning was every 3 days, which was fine for us. There was construction on the street in front of the building which meant there was no car traffic or noise and the construction did not bother us although it made it a bit challenging to get a taxi drop off with luggage. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Schon in Ordnung, aber mit Abstrichen

Das Hotel ist schon in Ordnung, das Personal freundlich. Abholung am Flughafen und Taxi dorthin wurde für mich organisiert. Mein Apartment war sehr geräumig (40qm) und komfortabel, und der Preis hat gestimmt. Das Dekor mit alten Musikgerätschaften aus den 60er Jahren an den Wänden war allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dass sich eine Baustelle vor dem Haus befand, wurde erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Irritierend war, dass der Heizkessel der Dusche 20 Minuten zum Warmwerden benötigte und jeden Abend der Strom kurz ausfiel.

The reality is different than advertised. The room was tired. The shower mold disgusting. Ben Yehuda Street is under construction, and it will be under construction for a very long time as part of the TLV Light Rail development (based on current state, it might take two more years of construction). On the other hand the Front Desk personnel was excellent, it could not be better.

We were informed that within 2 weeks they will finish with the constructions for a period of 2 years. So as of June 2023 - we don't expect any noise or construction works happening on Ben Yehuda Street next to the property. With regards to the cleanliness issues - we have a dedicated house keeping staff which is trained to clean the apartments to the highest level. We would have loved to hear your complaints during your stay so we could send someone to check and clean if necessary. As you can read from hundreds of reviews on this site - guests are frequently mentioning the high level of cleanliness, the central location near the beach and our 24-hours on-site reception. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Tel Aviv

Good: 24 hour reception, shops nearby and beach. Bad: dated interior, bathroom mouldy and dated needs refurb. The photos on website are NOT the room you get, furniture is totally different, TV in weird place on side of room, noisy street at night due roadworks noise. Reception team poor communication, said could use any debit or credit card for public transport (not the case!) and no clue about ravkav the card system to use.

Pleasant stay

A very nice "penthouse" apartment on the 4th floor with balconies on both the east and west sides. Complementary bottle of wine at check-in. Note that the check-in location is a few doors from the actual residence. The street is blocked to car traffic for the next few years due to construction, so pay heed to their email about where to direct the cab.

A/C not working and did not offer a partial redund

At first, I was pleased with this small property. The office staff was nice and check-in was easy. The small apartment was fine for my purposes. Unfortunately I had problems with the A/C as it often shut off during the night. They gave me a fan for the bedroom but the power outlets were connected to the A/C wiring and it also shut off. While they tried to adjust the sensors, it did not help. After filling out an internal survey, they texted me offering their apologies and said that I would get a 6% discount the next time I stay with them. Shortly after, I emailed them and asked them to offer a partial refund (not suggesting a specific amount) and mentioned that I would dispute the charge with AMEX and would write a poor review with Hotels.com They responded back “ Please don't threaten us.” I do travel to Israel at least 2x/year and have never experienced such poor customer service from a property manager/owner.

Lamentable et inconstant, dommage

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement il y a quelques années et c'était fantastique. Cette fois ci, à notre arrivée, après un difficile voyage en partie de nuit avec un enfant de 3 ans, nous sommes arrivés l'après midi, reçus froidement par un homme à qui j'ai fait la remarque sympathiquement. Il s'est emporté me disant qu'il avait peut être des problèmes. Le lendemain nous apprenons que le ménage ne serait pas fait alors que la propreté de la terrasse laissait déjà à désirer, ils ne font le ménage que tous les 3 jours et à 17 h ! J'ai demandé à la jeune fille de la réception à ce que le ménage puisse être fait le jour en question afin d'avoir 2 fois le ménage durant les 6 jours, elle m'a dit que ce n'était pas le Hilton mais à ma demande allait contacter le manager. Le manager en question m'a téléphoné en me hurlant dessus me disant qu'il fallait que je parle bien aux personnes de la réception, alors qu'à aucun moment je ne 'EUR ai manqué de respect. Que ce n' était pas le Hilton et que si je n'était pas content qu'il me rendrait mon argent que nous n'avons qu'à aller ailleurs ! Ajoutant que si nous voulons un ménage chaque jour c'est 50 dollars par jour. J'étais en Israël pour le mariage de mon fils ! Résultat nous sommes restés, le ménage fait 1 fois pour 6 jours. Je précise quand même que je n'ai plus revu les 2 personnes à la réception et que les autres personnes étaient comme avant, avenantes, sympathiques et serviables.

Regarding the cleanings, the information appears on the website and we also explain it at check-in together with the information page that we give, in which the matter is explained as well.

The property is complete with room amenity, very spacious and very clean. The housekeeper is very good in cleaning the apartment, the only concern is that a repair guy came to fix the toilet and made some mess and nobody came to clean the toilet not until after 2 days so we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Other than that we had an excellent experience staying in this apartment.

Perfect spot for your next visit to Tel Aviv

This was my sixth stay at the Ben Yehuda Apartments. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of myriad restaurants and shops - as well as major bus lines. The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful - especially in dealing with the ever-changing requirements for COVID testing. When they didn't know something - they called and tracked down the answer. Looking forward to my next visit.
