“El hotel no tiene una buena atención al cliente. A pesar de tratarse de dos adultos mayores, con algunas dificultades de movilidad, no nos ofrecieron ayuda para el traslado de las maletas. Ese es un ejemplo, en general, el trato no es el más qpropiado.”

“Clean room and property. Free breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom did not have a door but a privacy screen was available to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Showers took a while to warm up but never got hot, more like luke warm. But wasn’t too bad since the weather was hot and humid. ”

“The place was more run down than expected and felt closer to a motel than a hotel stay. One major issue was the bathroom setup — there was no shower curtain separating the shower from the toilet, so water got all over the toilet and floor every time the shower was used. The staff was very nice, and Scott was especially responsive, offered helpful suggestions, and did his best to accommodate our needs, which was appreciated.
