โEverything about this hotel was amazing, the rooms were cleaned top to bottom. The beds were so comfortable and cozy I didn't want to get up. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I will definitely use them again. Check in service the lady was amazing and professional and facial expression was inviting. It was very late when we checked in and she still had a smile on her face. The kids loved the pool. I will be back. โ
โBooked a room there for an eye procedure I had done in charlotte, and was required to stay the night locally, for an early morning followup. I live out of town so we booked this hotel.
The room was incredible, with great blackout curtains to keep the room dark, it was quiet so I could rest, and all amenities were great! This was the perfect hotel choice for the circumstances I needed! โ
โThis is a beautiful property! The neighborhood and grounds are gorgeous, and the location is an easy drive to the city, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, except for breakfast (included). It's a full breakfast menu, the 'breakfast room' is beautiful, and the wait staff was terrific. We had breakfast both mornings during our stay - the first was very good, the second was not...
