A bungalow hotel with a private, garden-like layout. Room condition is so-so for the price. Cockroaches in one of the booked bungalows, on several occasions during a one week stay. Some kind of small ants crawling around the kitchen counter – whatever the cause, this is something to consider when choosing a place to stay. Overall, a 2-3 star establishment.

We live in a tropical climate with a lot of vegetation in which some type of insect can sometimes appear, even though this theme is treated monthly by an external antiplage company, special cleaning and treatment, in addition to the special cleaning from our Housekeeping Team. The villa room (jacuzzi) was fantastic. However, the food options were somewhat lacking. Considering the early morning check-out, I would like to suggest that breakfast start a little earlier (or introduce a continental style).

Overall enjoyed our stay at HD Parque Cristobal. Food quality and choice of options for breakfast was very good, and the main adult pool likewise was nice, clean and warm. Downside was our apartment was a little tired, bedrooms were ok, however sofa was ripped and bathroom needed some care and attention . Property advertises that car parking is available this is misleading, as they do not offer their own you have to take your chances with street parking, which whilst there in August 2023, didn't offer many parking spaces. Wouldn't say the staff are the most friendly, but overall ok.

Dejligt sted og gode bungalows med masser af plads. Kæmpe morgenmads-buffet. Børnepool og voksenpool er afskilt - så hvis man rejser som par, behøver man ikke høre på en masse børn. Komplekset er centralt placeret i centrum - uden at der er en masse larm fra de omkring liggende barer. Vi kan helt klart anbefale stedet og bor der gerne igen.

Great hotel with plenty going on. Ideal location, helpful staff and very clean. We will definitely be back - the bungalow was great, all on the one level with sunbeds.

Frábært hótel sem auðvelt er að mæla með.
Frábær kostur fyrir þá sem margir ferðast saman. Allt umhverfi til fyrirmyndar. Nóg hægt að gera í lokuðum garði, góðar sundlaugar, fótboltavöllur, sandblakvöllur ofl. Snyrtilegt í alla staði, starfsfólk upp til hópa vingjarnlegt og hjálpsamt.

A notre arrivée la récupération de notre bungalow a été factiteux. Bungalow très bien propre et joli. Le buffet au restaurant est trop répétitif et le restaurant ferme trop tôt le soir pour des gens en vacances 21h et pas une minute de plus . Piscine ferme trop tôt 18h. Personnel très gentil sauf le barman.

Fornøyd med oppholdet!
Veldig bra! Vi bodde der 5 netter 11.-16.10.21, familie med to voksne og to tenåringer. Liker at det er bungalower i stede for høye hus. Alt var nytt og rent. Vi hadde inkl frokost, og utvalget var stort og bra. Nyttet oss ikke noe av aktivitetene på hotellet, men likte at det var sentralt med masse restauranter og shopping i gå avstand.

Good family friendly hotel
This is a good family friendly hotel with good and quick service. Ideal for families with young children or older groups looking for relaxation. Beautiful surroundings and good service. Best family vacation we have had for a long time.

FANTASTIC
The quality of the hotel itself was surpassed only by the staff . They were all superb and couldn’t do enough. I loved the ground floor bungalows as opposed the the ghastly tower block I stayed in last time . Only thing that might put some off is that it’s a very family oriented hotel , hence lots of noisy little ones by the pool . If that would annoy you , maybe not for you

Hôtel très sympa avec des petits bungalows et non pas de grandes barres. Personnel sympa. Il y a juste la piscine qui fermait à 19h et je trouve que c’est un peu tôt.

It's over priced. My friend booked another 4 star hotel nearby. Much better children facilities, and overall. The best thing about the hotel is it's on the main street. Not coming back.

Wonderful cozy apartments
Our stay at this hotel was great. I loved the tidying up of the rooms almost every day. They even did the dishes!! Loved it. The staff was lovely and nice. Only thing I didn´t like was the food. We did not have all inclusive, just bought one lunch and i never did that again, specially for the price i paid. But, there is a fridge in the apartment and a stove so we always had lunch in there and went out to dinner in the evenings. It was a great stay!!! We loved that the apartments were on the ground floor. Very cozy. We would like to come back again.

Hotel viĺlaggio immerso nel verde. Decisamente molto pulito e curato. Un ringraziamento speciale a Cristina della receptions che ci ha coccolati facendoci scoprire posti nuovi e aiutati in questo periodo covid molto difficile.

Great place to stay
Really enjoyed the visit. Had a one bedroom apartment. Was cleaned daily and was spotless. Giant TV ( certainly compared with the one I have at home ). 2 pools which were at a nice temperature. Didn't use the on site bar or restaurant. Lots of nice places to go look locally. 5 or 6 mins walk from the sea.

Es un complejo renovado recientemente, se encuentra en pleno centro de Las Américas, a unos metros de la familiar Playa del Camisón y de la zona de práctica de surf de la Playa del Bunker. A destacar su personal, las medidas covid y la oferta gastronómica. Sin embargo, haría falta un socorrista más para la zona de la piscina con tobogán o en su defecto alguien que desinfecte las hamacas.

Espectacular!
Todo incluido con buffet muy bueno, aperitivos a casi todas ñas horas y bebidas de maquina a tu alcance, coctails te los preparan. Apartamentos super equipados y bonitos y limpios con play 3 para los peques y juegos a escoger en recepción. Animacion para niños q los puedes dejar con ellos y recogerlos después. Animacion para adultos tb y super bien tanto para adultos como para niños, 2 zonas de piscinas... No se q ha sido lo mejor, repetiría seguro.

La mejor opción de alojamiento en Tenerife. Perfecta adaptación de sus trabajadores al Covid 19, el servicio de limpieza es continuo. La restauración es muy completa y variada, pero lo mejor sin duda ha sido el personal, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa en la cara. La ubicación en el sur también es perfecta. Sin duda, volveremos.
