El hotel está muy bien situado, en un área residencial céntrico. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. El servicio de desayuno es muy bueno. Para aparcar la zona es complicada pero el hotel dispone de garaje.

Tres bel hotel proche de la rambla de santa cruz Doubles vitrages efficaces car rue très passante Piscine agréable mais peu de transat. Le lit supplémentaire dans la suite junior etait peu confortable pour notre fille adolescente car matelas trop fin.

Best hotel in Santa Cruz
Excellent hotel with super attentive, friendly and kind staff, especially the absolutely wonderful receptionist Natasha. Hotel is in the nicest area of Santa Cruz, pool is great, rooms kept perfectly clean, nothing I’d change about it!

Perfect location
Booked well in advance for the carnival dates, excellent location for walking around the city and of course take part in the opening parade. Nice people and very comfortable room. Will be happy to return. If one arriving by car then expect to look for a parking spot in the nearby streets.

Very enjoyable stay
We really enjoyed our five night stay. The staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well equipped. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis which was a good choice. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a huge assortment of foods. We would definitely stay here again.

Good business leisure mix
Ideal Hotel for Santa Cruz. Room was large and although roasting on arrival, it was very comfortable once I got the AC was running. Nice to have a bathtub these days as most are shower only now. One very serious and bad thing is lights are default out on corridors so pitched black, they are motion sensitive but take quite a few steps to come on, so I understand the thinking but it does not work properly and felt unsafe at times.

It is a good hotel. Nice restaurant. However, the breakfast is very bad. Do not pay for it and go outside. The company in charge of the breakfast is not the hotel. Food is not good. Limited options for drinks. There is also a problem if you ask for ice at night since the restaurant is handled by a contractor. The hotel does not want to take anything from the restaurant. Also if you ask to fridge medicines. The issues with the contractors are the problem of this hotel

Top-notch hotel in lovely neighborhood
This hotel was excellent from start to finish. The front desk gentlemen were very friendly and service oriented, from helping us with luggage to finding street parking. The room was large and clean with a fridge and a balcony overlooking the pool. The grounds around the pool had large trees giving the feeling of being in a rural area. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the life-guard to the wait staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to a beautiful tree shaded park with an excelent café located in it. The location was very safe and we had our rental car parked on the street for 2 days without incident

This has a great position in the city just off the Ramblas and near the largest park. You can walk to the centre by following the gentle slope down through the lovely streets. Our room was a standard double overlooking the garden. There was plenty of room and a nice shower. The staff were brilliant. We booked the underground parking for the week and they refunded the daily charge when we were able to park in one of the spaces in front of the hotel for free at the weekend. For eating the hotel restaurant is pretty good and convenient on weekends or Mondays when many are closed. There are several very good restaurants within a few hundred metres, notably Sagrario and La Frasca.

Great to be back at the Hotel Colon Rambla
We have been regular guests at the hotel over the years, we like the city location and we like attending the classical music festival venues in the city in the evening We had to miss a year for obvious reasons but it was good to be back this year The junior suites have been upgraded to a high standard and the staff were as friendly as ever We will return -this is a city break we enjoy

I enjoyed my three nights at the Hotel Colón Rambla. I found the staff to be always friendly, polite and helpful. My room was comfortable, although the WiFi was forever dropping out. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so can’t comment on that, but I used the pool a couple of times (it’s good) and was surprised that they offered a drinks service there. The hotel isn’t in the centre I guess, but it’s ideally located for driving in and out, and it’s only a ten minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. The car park was full during my stay (I didn’t realise you had to book), but it is very small and not easy to manoeuvre in, so I was kind of happy to park elsewhere. Parking isn’t easy in Santa Cruz but you always find a place eventually!

Das Hotel is klein, aber das macht den Charme aus. Das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommen und spricht zumindest am Empfang gutes Englisch. Das Bett war herforragen und das Zimmer war ruhig. Wifi lief stabil und schnell.

Englisch war kein Problem, Zimmer zweckdienlich und sauber, Bett war super und Wlan stabil. Der Pool as angenehm (auch das Wasser). Das Frühstück war für den Preis wirklich sehr gut. Komme gerne wieder.

Shirt stay for sightseeing
Nice stay!! We were only there for one night to sight see, there is a beautiful park just down the road with an amazing bar. Check in was quick, easy and the staff were friendly. Room was big spacious and extremely clean. Bed was big and comfy, the rainfall shower was lovely and Mini bar was stocked with good prices. Only slight negative was that the air conditioning could have been a little colder but was okay.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Außenpool in schöner grüner Anlage und gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer komfortabel und mit großzügiger Fläche, wenn auch vielleicht etwas karg eingerichtet; Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück gut. Liegt am Rande der Innenstadt, die gut und fußläufig erreichbar ist. Empfehlung auch für längeren Aufenthalt, wenn man Santa Cruz und von dort die Nordküste erkunden will.

Buena estancia en Santa Cruz Tenerife
Hotel situado en el centro de la ciudad, en zona de chalets. Con buenas instalaciones y un buen restaurante dentro. La habitación donde nos alojábamos no tenía terraza pero también fue la económica. En fin de semana los vecinos un poco ruidosos con la fiesta que se metieron pero tiene doble ventanal y no se oía absolutamente nada. El aparcamiento es de pago, pero en la zona de chalets hay parking fácil, a unos 3 minutos del hotel andando.
