엔틱한 호텔
전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 건물 자체가 오래된 건물이이서 현대식 건물의 깔끔함은 없지만, 그렇다고 청결함에서 불만족스럽지는 않았습니다. 엔틱함이 오히려 매력적으로 다가왔습니다. 조식으로 계란 후라이를 직접 해주셨던게 기억에 남네요. 그리고 동네 중심가와 가까워서 장보거나 밥먹으러 가기도 아주 좋습니다. 주차도 공용 주차장과 연계되어 있어서 정말 편리합니다.

Bonito hotel en pleno centro de Icod
El hotel está en una situación muy buena para visitar Icod y el norte de Tenerife. Lo malo de los hoteles antiguos es que hay algunas cosas en cuanto al confort, que no son óptimas. Por ejemplo, a nosotros nos tocó una habitación de la primera planta y todo lo que pasaba en el piso superior se escuchaba claramente en nuestro techo. Tocó la casualidad de que los huéspedes que estaban arriba esa noche hicieron ruido hasta la madrugada y fue difícil conciliar el sueño. Recomendaría llevar tapones para los oídos. Nuestra habitación unas "ventanas" sin cristales que daban directamente a la calle y no podíamos dejarlas abiertas para que entrara la luz, si no queríamos oír los ruidos de fuera. El hotel es precioso, el desayuno está bastante decente y la localización es ideal.

Me encantó el valor histórico del hotel, que es enorme. Es un auténtico privilegio poder alojarme en un lugar así. Me ha parecido un sueño. También me ha gustado mucho la piscina

Perfect in every way
The Hotel has 5 star quality in an 18th century building. Full of character in the rooms and the outdoor patio & gardens. Everything you could wish for for breakfast. Perfect location in the old town 5 minutes walk from the famous Dragon Tree and restaurants as well the bus station.

Disappointing
This really is a b&b. Not a hotel. Pleasant and friendly staff only at the property in the morning to set up breakfast and clean. The property gets no direct sun and is therefore cold if not damp. Reserved parking for 3 cars is imediately outside the property on a VERY steep narrow road. The decor is antique Spanish with very heavy Christian art work. Overall a very dark property. Shower room desperately needed updating.There was no roof terrace. Our visit coincided with the Icod Fiesta. Be warned. Everything including restaurants closes at 4pm. The property is possibly ok for a couple of nights if the weather is warm but not recommened for a longer stay.

Chambre vieillotte avec salle de bain vétuste. Pas de parking. Mais 10/10 pour l'accueil : la dame est venue un quart d'heure avant pour le petit déjeuner car nous devions partir tôt.

Nice room and friendly staff, but WiFi poor
Place was dead on arrival. Had to phone to get someone to check us in and give us keys. Fortunately, weather good so didn't get wet waiting outside. Anna, who served breakfast, cleaned & made up rooms, was lovely and very helpful. WiFi was variable and not very fast, so used data, which had a good signal. Shower was ok but old and first day flooded. Only one of local restaurants was of a decent standard, and several were closed most of our stay.

Beautiful house, delicious breakfast
Beautiful old house with patio and small garden. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice: fresh fruit and orange juice, guacamole, salsa, different breads, cold meats, cheeses, eggs cooked to order. We reported that the TV didn't work properly and hopefully this will be sorted out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Så besviken!
Det stod att rummet var ”deluxe”. Det var så litet att en knappt kunde vara två! Badrummet under all kritik! Wc-stolen under en trappa so lätt att slå sig! Övre delen ingen vägg till rummet. Alldeles för dyrt!!! Frukost ok!

Wonderful ambiance
Spacious room, sunny patio, unique surroundings. The hotel is within easy walking distance from Icod’s Old Town and its major sites. The breakfast with freshly prepared eggs was particularly nice.

Nice place but have a bit of respect please
The building is beautiful, it was like staying in a museum. Breakfast was good and I was well looked-after as a vegetarian. Sadly, I was not housed in the room I had already booked & paid for - I was placed in an inferior room (no garden view or balcony) but without being offered any compensation. I would therefore NOT recommend this hotel.

Hotel musée
Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse ou non , nous avons choisi, la chambre sur rue plus spacieuse 2 pieces, celles avec terrase ont leurs charmes. Vue sur une tres belle vegetation. Les hotes sont d'une grande gentillesse. Vous êtes dans cette maison dans une espagne ancienne..... nostalgique ,un musée à faire.

Precioso y muy bien situado. Como sugerencia, en pandemia pondría el desayuno a la carta. Es una lastima el plato de embutidos y queso la mitad a la basura por servirtelo ya lleno. Mejor que cada uno pida si quiere más o menos. El resto, genial.

Magnifique hôtel, pleins de charmes , en plein centre ville Gare routière à 5minutes à pied. Chambre avec une belle terrasse .petit jardin . Hieno paikka. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Olimme huoneessa nro.1. Vietimme hotellilla 5 yötä. Suurimmanosan ajasta olimme tutkimassa Teneriffaa muualla, mutta tunnelmalliseen hotelliin oli aina mukava palata päivän päätteeksi. Ainut miinus, joka varmasti on korjattavissa oli se, että yöllä huoneessa kuului jokin "srii-srii" ääni. Ääni ei ollut kova eikä sitä kuulunut kokoajan vaan aina välillä, mutta sen huomasi yöllä. Emme kokeneet tarpeelliseksi kuitenkaan ottaa äänen lähdettä tarkemmin selville. Jälkikäteen mietin, että olisikohan se tullut baarikaapista? Epäilimme sen kuitenkin lähtevän jostain sähkölaitteesta. Molemmat meistä nukkui kuitenkin totutusti korvatulpilla joten ei se meitä häirinnyt. Mahtava ja tunnelmallinen paikka. Aamupalalla kysyivät haluammeko paistettuja kananmunia vai munakokkelia ja tekivät sen samantien. Hotellin takapihalla asusti kiva mustakissa, joka oli hotellin oma kissa. Nimeä ei saatu selville? Hyvin hoidettu ja ihmisystävällinen. Sitä käytiin rapsuttelelemassa. :) Toivottavasti hotelli säilyy yhtä tunnelmallisena ja historiallisena. Tähän asti ainakin oli mielestämme hyvin kunnioitettu hotellin historiaa ja vanhuutta.

Unique hotel experience
The hotel is one of a kind and whilst small, has everything anyone could want. We decided to steer away from the tourist areas of Tenerife and Icod is a traditional local place and the hotel experience is also traditional and local. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. The only downside is the locals are very noisy at the weekend, the local square is an outdoor celebration area which is very welcoming and the local people love to celebrate but the celebrations go on until 4 am and I recommend taking ear plugs. The area is noisy most nights but not as bad as the weekend. Probably the best way to cope with the noise is to join in the celebration

Characterful hotel near to town and restaurants
Pleasant hotel with a lot of character. Our room was quite dark as the shuttered window opened out directly on to the street, so we didn't want to leave it open. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. No staff on site overnight, though an emergency contact no was given.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Ein ganz besonderes Hotel, untergebracht in einem historischen, landestypischen Gebäude, welches mit viel Geschick saniert wurde. Als Hotel klein, für den Gast jedoch sehr komfortabel mit großzügigen Zimmern, Salon, Innenhof und Garten. Lage sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral im alten Ortskern. Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!

Strong experience associated with previous times.
It was great to experience this tradition of artwork and habits from previous times. The hotel is very small (only six rooms) and personal. All furnishings seem original, but some paintings are from later times. Breakfast was varied and very good, fresh orange juice, fried eggs at the request of guests, tea, coffee etc. etc. At the reception desk, Marie, a Belgian girl, welcomed us and was exceptionally good at informing us as well as speaking very good English and indeed some other languages.

Large room, great location, nice old property, friendly and helpful staff. Bit noisy at times with the road (in a room on the ground floor at the front). Breakfast a bit meh, would have preferred to be offered a cheaper rate without it.

Nice hotel on very steep road
This is an hotel of great character and charm. Our bedroom, No 4, was very nice, with a lovely verandah looking out to the hill across. The hotel staff are also really excellent, in particular, Marie, was really helpful. The hotel location means you really need a car with sat nav to get there and there is no hotel reception - arrival is by phoned arrangement with Marie, who lives 20 minutes drive away. Unfortunately for us, the hotel is located on a 1 in 4 hill - so for us it was rather hard - for the vigorous less so.
