hotel calme ,vue superbe bien entretenu ménage chaque jours, depuis dernier séjour rénovation sale de bain,remplacement baignoire par grande douche et rafraichissement ensemble,petit déjeuné ok mais repas du soir décevent ,service de bus vers porto de la cruz tous les 30 minutes , parking trop petit ,raport qualité prix juste correct !

Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays in the room for guests. No signs anywhere not to smoke. No areas in the outside areas for non smokers. Some people smoking in hallways. This is essentially a smoking hotel and is encouraged.. free bus to the city is fine.. but check times. Generally this whole area is not great... very heavy traffic and unless you enjoy just sitting on chair in the sun, not much to do. On a day trip up the mountain by rental car we were robbed. All our documents were taken including passports. Fortunately they took the money and threw the bag in a ditch. We had a "samsung smart tag" in the bag and after 2-3 hours found it with most of the documents left in the bag. Met someone else the same day who was also robbed - damage to their car. researching the internet getting robbed is routine on this island. Be very careful. We changed our flights to leave asap and will never be back.

Buenos dias Sentimos mucho lo ocurrido al cliente, pero le informamos, que el parking es gratuito y limitado, no tenemos espacio, para 300 o 400 vehículos, cuando se llena el parking, hay que aparcar fuera del hotel , que si hay zonas para aparcar.Con respecto a los olores de tabaco ,todas las habitaciones y zonas comunes interiores son de no fumadores y estan señalizadas, solo se puede fumar en zonas comunes y exteriores. Eso no quita que haya algún cliente que no cumpla las normas establecidas y fume donde no debe, pero eso es muy dificil de controlar. Por lo demás que hay mucha gente y que desgraciadamente le robaron al cliente en una excursión , Sintiendolo mucho ,poco puede hacer el Hotel, salvo atender al cliente , para una solución.Saludos Fernando Cejas.

Séjour dans une belle demeure canariene
Charmant hotel installé dans une authentique demeure historique, très bien meublé anvec des meubles de collection. Je recommande l'endroit pour un dépaysement total.

Agréable séjour
J’ai séjourné 5 nuits avec mon fils de 5 ans. Chambre spacieuse propre terrasse agréable. Restauration rien à dire on a adoré. Néanmoins beaucoup de bruits des autres vacanciers et les portes se fermant en se claquant donc très brouillant et dérangeant surtout le soir et le matin . Je regrette qu’il n’y ai pas eu d’air de jeux pour enfant.

An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel zum Verweilen mit super Essensangebot sowohl am Morgen wie auch am Abend. Es gab immer eine große variierende Auswahl am Buffet. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal, welches neben der Planung verschiedener Touren auch für vollkommen saubere Zimmer gesorgt hat. Allerdings war unser Zimmer noch sehr altmodisch, sodass das Mobiliar einen abgewohnten bzw. überholten Eindruck machte. Auffällig war, das die sonstigen Hotelgäste v.a. Rentner waren. Wer abends mit Gleichaltrigen/Gleichgesinnten an der Bar oder am Pool ins Gespräch kommen will, ist hier (zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes Ende März!) nicht richtig gewesen. Wer hier allerdings lediglich zum Schlafen und Essen seinen Aufenthalt plant, findet ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vor.

Faire Preise. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber. Speiseauswahl gut, aber Speisesaal teilweise extrem laut. Zimmereinrichtung etwas alt. Weit weg vom Atlantik. Reglemäßiger Busshuttle nach Puerto d.l.C. - Pkw sinnvoll, aber Parkplatzprobleme. Tipp: Möchten Sie Sonne auf dem Balkon, müssen Sie die Zimmer zur Landseite nehmen - dann aber keinen tollen Ausblick auf den Atlantik.

Très bon établissement, très bon rapports qualité prix. Nous avons séjourner 2 semaines dans cette établissement avec la demi-pension nous avons été satisfait. Quelques points à améliorer: -> la Wi-Fi que nous n'avons pas réussit à capter et que l'on a eu que pour 7 jours -> les jus de fruits sont en poudre (bas de gamme) -> Pour ceux qui sont en demi-pension au repas alcools à volonté merci de pensé a ceux qui ne boivent pas d'alcool. Quelques points négatifs: -> Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées -> Le week-end trop de bruits au repas car beaucoup de monde Points positif : -> les chambres sont nettoyé tous les jours -> le petit déjeuner est très complet -> le diner est très bon et change tous les jours Nous avons passé très bon séjour dans cet établissement

The hotel is on the less touristy side of the island close to Pierto de la cruz. There is a beautiful walking tour on the coast just under the hotel. The breakfast is quite wholesome but a bit basic. The view from the room is quite spectacular. The staff is quite nice and helpful. The hotel itself is clean but certainly gives you the feeling that it hasn't been refurbished for a while.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and rooms cleaned daily. The beds were not as comfortable as I would like. Our room had a beautiful view, and we never had trouble finding a parking spot.

Well worth a stay, will hopefully return next year
Very enjoyable litttle stay. Easy check-in process, nice gentleman on reception. Hotel grounds and rooms are impeccably kept. Very clean and I think the room was newly painted. We had a mountain facing room, which had sun on the balcony early on. Room had a little kitchenette in it and a good sized bathroom. The hotel is dated, you cannot get away from that but it is well kept and cleaned. There was no entertainment offered, covid was blamed for this and we were told it would start again in January. The pool was being renovated when we were there. I've seen past posts about the hotel and I don't think they're particularly honest. Food was more than sufficient, although I would say they cater for the Spanish / German Market but there was plenty of choice really. There was car parking available on site and up the road if it got too busy. All in all, its a nice little base for a few days in the North of the island and I'll definitely be going back. In fact, I have stayed here a number of years ago and paid for the sea view. The room seemed larger this time, don't know if it was or not or just how your memory goes. Mountain view for me again next time.

Our experience at the hotel Panoramica was not good. When we arrived the wi-fi didn't work for 5 days of stay as there was no internet. Breakfast was always the same option, there were no varieties. The same thing at dinner the employees were not very happy doing the work, they were making a lot of noise with the dishes it was very unpleasant.

Il s'agit d'un grand hôtel avec beaucoup de monde. L'hôtel date d'il y a quelques dizaines d'années et ca se voit. Néanmoins, les chambres sont confortables et propres. La personne à l'accueil répond volontier à vos questions. Deux bémols : 1) même s'il n'est pas cher, le petit déjeuner est bas de gamme avec des produits économiques. Les jus de fruits n'en sont pas ils ressemblent à des sirops trop sucrés, dommage. 2) Deux ascenseurs pour un si grand hôtel c'est trop peu. D'autant plus en période covid ! Dans l'ensemble, le séjour fut bon. Le rapport qualité / prix est bon.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean as were the common areas throughout the hotel. Facilities were good, fantastic uninterrupted sea views From the balcony and there was free WiFi. The food was very good value and offered a wide choice of “home style” dishes - only 8 euros for dinner from the self service buffet, including wine. There was also a regular courtesy bus from outside the hotel to Puerto De La Cruz which operated daily. Overall a very satisfactory and pleasant stay.

Wir waren achon einige Male im Panoramica. Wie immer war das Personal hilfsbereit und nett. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick groß und sauber. Dieses mal war es etwas kühler und wir haben schon ein wenig eine Heizung vermisst. Korkenzieher in der Küche hat leider auch gefehlt. Allerdings haben wir an der Rezeption nicht nachgefragt, ob wir eventuell einen Heizstrahler bekommen könnten. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Bus Shuttle funktioniert gut. Mittagspause beachten. Auch beim Frühstück und Abendessen ksnn jeder was finden. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

L'établissement est bien situé pour nous, pas dans une grande ville mais avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité, plusieurs restaurants épicerie magasin pharmacie etc, l'établissement est assez vieillot mais propre, quelques petites réparations à prévoir porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas ou très mal, ventilation etc. Le moins pour cet hôtel est pas d'insonorisation on entend la télévision du voisin de chambre ou même la nuit si il tousse !!!!!!! idem avec le couloir très mauvaise insonorisation. Le plus personnel hyper sympathique surtout au niveau de l'entretien des chambres avec un petit mots lors de notre départ et chaque jours une composition effectuée avec des serviettes très joliment réaliser. Nous avions pris la formule "petit déjeuner" celui-ci se trouve sous forme de buffet à volonté très satisfaisant

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Très bon rapport qualité prix. Buffets petit-déjeuner et dîner diversifiés et bons. Chambre propre et confortable, balcon très sympathique avec une magnifique vue. Hôtel généralement très propre et bien équipé. Le parking est parfois complet en week-end, mais on peut se garer très facilement devant l'hôtel (il y a des caméras de surveillance donc aucun risque). Des commerces à proximité à pieds. L'entrée de l'autoroute est également proche et permet de se déplacer facilement.
