바다가 눈앞에 펼쳐지는 멋진 뷰를 제공하는 객실이며 리조트(콘도) 형식의 룸임. 테라스에서 멋진 뷰를 볼 수 있지만 옆 룸이나 아래층에서 담배냄새 올 수 있음. 룸 상태 양호하지만 조금 올드한 느낌 그리고 냉장고 사용을 위해서는 돈을 내야함. 주차공간이 조금 협소한편. 조식 종류 많고 맛도 괜찮음, 친절함. 리조트 수영장은 관리상태 양호하며 온수 풀과 일반 풀 있음. 주변 산책로도 잘 정비되어 있고 조식 후 산책하기 정말 좋음.

An enjoyable 5 days at Roca Nivaria with our 2 year old son. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were wonderful and we loved the pools and easy access to the beach. The nearby beach isn't particularly exciting, but still nice to be able to easily go down and swim in the waves. Same with the surrounding area - not very inspiring but enough restaurants and nice sunsets everyday! The hotel is very well set up for children, and the staff and facilities at the Kids Club were incredible. Definitely worth requesting a "quiet room" if you don't want to be listening to live music until 11pm every night - our first room was very noisy, but we requested to be moved after one night and that was handled very smoothly by the front desk.

The resort is very large and with that comes many benefits such as the range of fabulous pools for parents and children . The grounds are class and everywhere is kept so well. Our suite was perfect and very clean. The food was good not excellent. But there was a good range of options. Staff were very nice and helpful. The sound of the waves while sitting on your deck chair or in bed was blissful. Everything about this hotel is comfortable. And I would highly recommend. It is great with young children for the separate pool.area and climbing area and also the kids club. The people in the kids club were great with the kids. My husband really enjoy the tennis lesson with the coach. The rackets and balls provided by the hotel to play with yourself are rubbish and frustrating to play with. I find it really really strange at the pool bar that they service drinks and cocktails in paper cups as opposed to nice hard plastic ones that could be reused. They are loosing a lot of business through doing this in the 2 main pool bars. Strangely though you can get those glasses in the kids pool bar. The food at the pool bar wasnt good but like everywhere else the staff were. There is a lovely restaurant with good healthy food and juices just one min walk from the hotel entrance. The direct access to the beach from the hotel is claSS. I think it also would be good if they sold their own branded water bottles and provided free water refills. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Eine hervorragende Wahl mit schöner Poolanlage, tollem Frühstücksbuffet und sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende. Das Hotel ist nicht riesig, ca. 300 Zimmer, dafür sehr schön angelegt. In der Umgebung findet man viele nette Restaurants, inkl. Frühstück reichte für uns.

Tout s’est bien passé ! Hôtel très bien tenu, très belles piscines dans un superbe domaine avec une incroyable variété de palmiers !chambre très propre, personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute ! Nos seuls regrets sont : la nourriture qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles ! Et le All inclusive qui n’en est pas un !!! Les horaires du restaurant qui sont faits pour les Allemands ! Le soir de 18H30 à 21H30 !!on est en vacances et de surcroît en Espagne où les gens mangent très tard dans la nuit……

Bel hôtel avec, comme principal atout pour les familles, un parc aquatique à l’écart des piscines principales. La nourriture est bonne dans l’ensemble et les chambres sont spacieuses. Rapport qualité prix correct. MAIS quelques points sont très regrettables : 1/ même avec le repas du soir compris dans notre forfait il fallait payer 2,50€ pour une bouteille d’eau de 50cl à table ! (Très mesquin et pas adapté pour les familles). 2/ le personnel est peu aimable et agit comme des robots. Il y a plein de « règles » et aucune discussion n’est possible ! Ex : Jacuzzi interdit en dessous de 18 ans, pas de mini golf apres 20h, pas le droit aux bouées dans la seule piscine chauffée (celle qui est salée), pas le droit d’amener une bouteille d’eau sur sa table au petit dej, et surtout des espèces de chasseurs de serviettes (personnel de l’hôtel) qui viennent vous enlever vos serviettes de vos transats quand vous partez petit déjeuner (cf Jasmine) ! Un 5 étoiles avec le service d’un 2 étoiles. 3/ les piscines d’eau douce ne sont pas chauffées

I booked via Expedia and when you select your filters in the search, you have to put in the ages of the children. Well upon arrival, somehow Expedia sent info for under 1 for 2 children and since we flew there, we had to pay $1800 difference for 2 kids age 13 and under. Hiccup one. The dining options said there were restaurants, only one was open, book in advance and it was terrible food. The buffet was better but it was always the same thing for 3 meals a day. If the buffet was closed, there were zero options for food. All inclusive to me, as well as others, means the bars are open, snacks are readily available (not only at the one pool bar during a set time) and you get items in the room, room service etc. This was not the case. The pools were good, but don’t think there is a waiter coming around to see if you need anything. You always need your room key at meal times and if you want something from the pool bars. Many snacks are NOT included in the all inclusive. Our mini bar was not stocked every day we were there and it is only drinks. The first day there were pringles but after that- nothing. I had to make several trips down the street to the store for drinks and snacks during the days we stayed at the resort. If I had known I was going to be charged an additional $1800 upon arrival, I would have stayed at maybe the Hard Rock or a better resort, not 5 star resort anymore. You will need a car as there aren’t a lot of excursions you can do that will pick you up.

Beautiful grounds with a waterfall and infinity pool. Good variety of food at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Bought a national park and cable car trip to Mount Teide at reception. Very well organised. Friendly staff. Recommend for families. - Drinks not included for half board (one drink pp should be included).

Perfect for young families. The Roniadventura section is great fun for children, with slides, climbing area, zip line and pool games. Staff at the mini club were great and can speak many languages. Lots of sunbeds with parasols, no need for the morning rush to try and secure a bed. Lots of variety at the main buffet restaurant with separate section for adults only. Kids have access to a small soft play and games room from this restaurant. Bouncy castle at night was a welcome feature for the kids too. Evening entertainment was ok, lots of singers, pianist and saxophonist. A shuttle bus runs each day to the Adrian hotel in centre of Adeje, which from there is only 5mins walk to the market (Thurs and Sat). Attentive friendly staff. Our room was spacious and spotless. If half board, I recommend buying a one off drinks package for the room which then gives you access to the fridge for the remainder of the stay. No iron in the room was the only negative but you can call reception and they organise this for you. Our room was a junior suite which had the separate sleeping area for children. This was perfect with lots of storage areas. Stunning ocean view from the balcony. Highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay at Roca Nivaria. If you're looking for a five star resort away from the hussle and bustle of the busier areas, Roca Nivaria is for you! The resort itself is amazingly clean, staff are so attentive and friendly and the resort app makes everything so easy! Meals were amazing and we loved our visit to the spa and pools. Can't wait to return one day!

Great hotel except from some staff members.
I would like to give this hotel a five star rating, but i cannot. Here is the reason why. The location is great, the standard is great, its a huge hotel. Gym was one of the better i have seen (in a hotel that is). The pools are amazing and the poolbar is great. The rooms clean og nice service from the cleaning personel. The restaurants are great and the food excellent. We were a group of 12 people. All with all inclusive. 9 adult and 3 children. We wanted to surprice on in the group for his birthday, but it was not possible to store a cake or have it served unless we ordered it from the hotel. We wanted a great looking personal cake, so we had that custommade else where. No help from the staff whatsoever. Their "rules" are more important than anything else. The hotel taxi transport to the aiport is around 116 euro. Double the price. So we just booked a taxi ride on the internet for 53 euro. And in several occasions, the waiters were rude. One time two children (age 8-9, behaving, quiet) were eating breakfast in the "wrong" place. And even if they only had a few minutes left, they were kicked over to an other section of the restaurant.

Bon hôtel ...qui peut nettement progresser
Récents retraités, nous voyageons à l'étranger 6/8 fois par an. Nous recherchons sur site (car plus simple) des hôtels vue sur mer- piscine chauffée -chambre 30/40m2-Paséo. Ici le jardin est beau avec de belles vues mer et un Paseo agréable mais court. Les chambres sont bien avec un dressing qui a beaucoup plus à mon épouse. Les lits sont OK même si les surmatelas sont souvent plus moelleux ailleurs. Les piscines sont belles et bien entretenues. La piscine enfants est parfaite ..même si pas chauffée. Quelques petits défauts cités dans les avis et sans importance pour nous ( Pas de bouteille d'eau quotidienne, réfrigérateur payant..). On ne trouve cela nulle part ailleurs et au vu des avis, l'effet "image -" rend ces "économies" mesquines négatives pour l'hôtel. Le personnel est, à l'exception de qq cas à la réception, souriant et attentionné même si pas toujours très expérimenté. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, mieux si vous prenez du café servi à table que du thé...( théières minuscules et remplissage par vos soins !! à la machine). Le dîner est un bon dîner de demi-pension, au bout de 7 jours, le menu revient. Le restaurant espagnol est bien. EN REVANCHE j'ai été très choqué que le chambre soit à l'opposé avec vue Teide et qu'il ait fallu attendre et revenir à la réception pour qu'on me dise qu'il n'était pas possible de changer. Il a fallu être désagréable pour qu'une chambre non disponible le devienne.. Etre un client Internet n'a pas à être méprisé ou changer qqchose.

room facilities
Lovely hotel although disappointed with a few things . 1. All other 5 star hotels I have stayed in would provide nice quality products in the bathroom , there was not even a shower cap ! 2. fridge in room locked and could only be used if we upgraded to all inclusive !! 3.would expect complimentary water to be replenished every day as with other 5 star hotels we have stayed in, even if it was only used to make coffee /tea. unhygienic to be filling a kettle or coffee machine from a tap in the bathroom ! However we did find the hotel to be lovely . Staff pleasant and helpful. The aqua gym instructor was fab and really encouraging , looked forward to it every day .

Great all-inclusive relaxing vaca
Great stay. Great service. Tasty food. Good for family. Only very minor downside is the entertainment was merely OK.

Das Hotel ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist lecker und abwechslungsreich.

We just came back from our 1 week holiday there as a family. We had a wonderful time there, the foods were absolutely delicious, the spa and facilities are amazing. The hotel looks a bit tired in some area and can do with some future improvement, but the facilites, the swimming pool and the staffs, the services all made up for it!! My little boy absolutely the kids slides in the waterpark and there's also a miniclub for exhausting parents! Evening performance is quite goo. Thank you so much to all the staffs who were all very welcoming and helpful, they also went above and beyond to upgrade our room, and even sent a bottle to the room on my birthday. We totally enjoyed our stay there and were very sad to leave. We look forward to coming back soon! Mr & Mrs Lindeman

Hotelanlage war top! Für Kinder super geeignet, aber auch viele ruhige Spots. Einfach zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und Familienfreundlich. Es ist etwas ausserhalb des Geschehens. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Doppelbett aus zwei Betten besteht und somit einen grossen Spalt dazwischen haben.
