"After a rather "bumpy" start the great hotel manager Flavia and her young & local, a yet commited staff (Mateo, Mathilde, each of them) made my stay at Monastero a place to remember and plan to come back with my family. The building is fantastic, very well referbished with soft shades of white that it's a joy to experience the "dolce fare niente" by the pool, wondering around the laberinth and discovering great views of the countryside and the redish roofs of Cortona from different points of views. The indoor pool though small it's a plus to unwind on a misty day. 5 days at Monastero felt short! Grazie mille Flavia and staff. Local Amaretto and biscotti will make their way to Punta del Este, Uruguay and enjoyed with so fond memorias."

"This place gets 5*****! Amazing, wonderful hosts who make you feel welcomed and treasured. Super clean, fresh and extremely comfortable accommodations. Top quality linens, towels and beds! Beautiful property, rural and agricultural but classy and sophisticated. Extremely good communication, beauty everywhere you look. The breakfasts were amazing, with local pastries and ingredients. The artist in Jenny one of the hosts comes out everywhere...a pot casually yet strategically placed, a quiet meadow with a well placed bench, wisteria covered outdoor logging. This place is a amazing and host Steven and Jenny are the best I have ever experienced, anywhere."

"Nuestra experiencia en Relais Villa Baldelli fue excepcional. Nos sentíamos como dentro de una película. El personal sumamente amable, el desayuno delicioso. Las tortas que ofrecían eran hechas en casa, y los croissants se deshacían en la boca. La ubicación ideal, con una vista preciosa de Cortona. Una verdadera villa toscana. Sí creo que deben remodelar los baños. La ducha era muy incómoda y el lavatorio tenía una fuga. Al alfombra de la escalera se ve bastante gastada, así como unos muebles. No le puedo dar un 100% de calificación por esos detalles, pero un 90% se lo gana."

"Excellent staff. They went above and beyond. Someone in our party was ill and they suggested they would call a doctor and he would come to the resort. Within an hour the Dr arrived assessed situation provided prescription so our vacation was not disrupted. Excellent. "
