“Great place to stay right in the city. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast. We had a room with a terrace so had a great view over the city and port. Very quiet at night. Ate in the restaurant one evening. Food was really good and the staff were working very hard as quite busy. Restaurant staff and reception were all very helpful. Would definitely recommend.”

“All receptionists were nice, good location (hotel located between train station and centre of town), use of gym through the hotel was also nice”

“The hotel is located at suberb area which looks like new town. It took 7 min. from the downtown of Kartagena by my car. Spacious parking places. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and provided precise information for Kartegena tourism. Grocery store, ALDI, was within walking distance. Room was spacious. But bedding was average.”

“Personnel aimable. Chambre propre avec serviettes de toilette. Le plus : la petite cuisine commune et la piscine. Le moins: avoir un ronfleur dans la chambre en face ! 😁. Mais l'ensemble est très correct. Je recommande.”

“It's a nice, clean basic hotel close to the town centre. It's also good value”

“check in on line. not informed of it until I arrived. Had to go to office to pay for parking. Instructions in Spanish. Reservation clear I am from Canada. ”

“Super apparemment, propre confortable et avec tout le confort. Merci aux hôtes qui sont très sympathiques. Très jolie ville. On reviendra. Gracias.”

“Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.”

“Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all. Three phone calls to reception went unreturned,...

“Great apartment, two big rooms, a big living room with three large balconies. Large kitchen with a backyard. Amazing place. Highly recommend.”

“Lo unico que hace frio en el apartamento y no encontramos mas chamaras para cubrirnos.”

“Just as advertised - very clean, very well-equipped and light. 2 cute bathrooms, 2 small bedrooms. Delicious bakery just downstairs. Very centrally located. If you need parking, you will have to drive around a bit to find a spot or an open garage. Other than that, it was a short stay but it was great.”

“FAB modern apartment in a great location and everything you could need. My family enjoyed our stay very much and we impressed with the decor and two bathrooms! Thank you for meeting us with the keys and the free parking recommendation at the university for our oversized car!”

“La limpieza no era buena. Suciedad en nevera, baño, etc. Pero situación y acceso muy buenos. Cartagena una gran ciudad, con mucha historia que ver y conocer.”
