Disliked: Staff & service
Booked via Expedia. However after travelling across the world, the Hotel said they do not have my reservation and that Expedia reservations are invalid despite me showing the receipt. I had to pay again just to have a bed in a dorm instead of my reserved twin room. Staff were rude and dismissive. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Following a 10 hour hike, we arrived at the hotel only for the staff member to tell us we did not have booking. When I showed him the confirmation through Expedia, I was advised that they had an issue with Expedia bookings, and there were no rooms left. Extremely frustrating. I then had to pay more for a worse hotel - with no amenities.

ฉันซื้อห้องพัก พร้อมแพคเก็ท อาหาร 3 มื้อ ไป แต่ ทางโรงแรม บอกว่ามีแค่ อาหารเช้า ส่วนอาหาร ที่ฉันจ่ายไปพร้อมแพ็คเก็ตไม่มีบริการ พนักงาน บริการแย่มาก ฉันไม่ได้รับการบริการที่ดี และอาหาร แย่มากๆ

Kvinnorna som jobbade här var hjälpsamma, männen inte alls lika så. Sängarna var otroligt hårda och det var väldigt högljutt då dörrarna smällde högt

予約しないほうが良いです。エクスペディアで予約しオンラインで事前に決済していても現地で料金を請求されるので予約しないほうがいいです。またハーフボートでも2食ではなく朝食のみと言われます。
