“We had a great stay at Casa Olivia! It definitely feels more like an Airbnb, but with the added security of a hotel which was really nice. We didn’t have room service or room cleaning during our stay, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal to us and we probably could’ve requested it if needed. The only downsides were the shower head wasn’t our favorite, and there wasn’t anywhere in the shower to put body wash, soap, etc., so everything had to sit on the shower floor which kinda sucked. “Good location, no toilet paper in the room. I was on the ground floor which was noisy. They started sweeping at 7am. No wifi was given. Good location and bed, but that is it.”

“We loved Taa Guesthouse!!! The location is perfect, the staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are very comfortable. We can't wait to return.”

“I was billed twice for this stay. To 2 separate bank accounts. I contacted the property expecting a prompt refund of 1 of the 2 payments, but they disputed them, even after I sent clear photos of both charges in both banking apps. I've begun a dispute with one of the 2 banks, and it'll probably take a month to resolve the double charge. Expedia were unable to assist because this was a "pay at property" stay. Very unimpressed. Will not stay again.”
