"We arrived early and the staff was very helpful. Though our room was not ready, they stored our luggage and allowed us to use the pool and fitness center until the room was ready. It was ready before noon, and we were given access then, even though it was still hours before their normal checkin time."

He was very engaging and we had a fantastic conversation with him during our stay. The room was so beautiful with a fantastic attention to detail. We used both the hot tubs and steam and sauna as well. The breakfast buffet was just ok, so we ordered an omelette, which was good. We had a great stay."
