“Lovely property. Very convenient for walking to synagogue. Amazing walks along seashore in both directions. Breakfast complete and easy with a ‘self-serve’ model and beautiful sunny outside garden In Which to enjoy it. Easy parking. Could not have asked for better stay. Nice view of Sintra palaces from our room. Even was given a flower for “Woman’s Day”. ”

“This place was great. It was spacious for our family. We had a few hiccups, getting the door unlocked and with the power, but the guest was super responsive and helpful with this. We have no complaints and thought the location was great. It was the perfect spot between the hustle and bustle of the city and Sintra.”

“A great apartment on the edge of the old town. Fab views of the sea and of the local area - great for people watching. Good size living / kitchen area with well appointed cooking area. Full sized fridge freezer which is always a bonus. Bedroom at the back with a small rooflight window - no aircon - but a decent fan in both areas. Walk in bathroom/ shower was without a window and limited mechanical extraction - so had a v damp smell - a design fault - but had to keep that door closed. But the...

“Great villa and great stay. However, be aware the address on the website is incorrect!! The villa is NOT in Funchal but 45 min drive away up in the mountains. If you want to stay in Funchal, do not book!!”

“On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable. On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé. J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! ”

“Wonderfully unique and comfortable cottage in the old city. Beautifully furnished, lovely courtyard, and perfect location for exploring the city. Plenty of room for our family of five. Even though the weather was very hot, the cottage was cool and comfortable. Responsive and friendly host gave us great dining recommendations. Only wish we could stay longer. Really wonderful.”
