“Maybe our fault but when traveling afar things need to be absolutely transparent, clear and easy. We arrived at location (paid to get there) only to be dropped off and find out had to walk 1/2 mile to another building just to get a code to get in building. Get to alternate location only to find out there are more fees/taxes to pay - all fees should be posted when booking a location. Otherwise just know there is some street noise but good location, clean and safe. ”

“Nice apartment. Some issues though. The washing machine leaked and while we reported that, the management team showed no interest in fixing it. We couldn’t get laundry dry in the apartment. Initially we asked for and were promised a fan, then we were told that the room with the dryer could be left unlocked for us, then it was locked while our laundry was in the machine, then management finally just told us where the key is kept.
