"Clean and good sized apartment in a great, peaceful residential area. Close enough to walk most places with a decent selection of cafes and restaurants nearby, yet outside of the noise and constant foot traffic. Definitely recommend!"

"Well equipped apartment in a great position close to many attractions and metro/tram/bus routes. Quiet despite being so close to many restaurants/bars/shops etc. Loads of storage which helped keep things tidy with young kids. Cleaning is supposed to be daily but we did have one day when it wasn’t touched and of the 7 nights we were there, only 3 of these did they leave a dishwasher tablet. We ended up having to buy a full pack of these and toilet rolls because they just weren’t topped up. And...

"Great place a little hard to find if driving your own car. Parking is cheaper across the bridge in Gaia where the wineries are. Walking distance to good food and sight seeing"

"Stay was very good. It is in a good location if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. I was a lone female traveller and felt very safe in and around the area. Service was great, especially as you don’t see anyone. They responded to emails and calls promptly when required. Also able to store luggage at a property close by if needed. Sofia was especially helpful "

"Loved our stay at this service apartment! Comparable to a hotel while it conveniently comes with a kitchen and washer. Location: Very close to most attractions, walkable to Alfama area, while being just a short block away from all noises. Both front gate and room use passcode keypads, which was very convenient. Self check-in kiosk was easy to use. Room: Our unit is spacious with a balcony (unfortunately did not have a view due to the construction right across). Modern electric stovetop and...

"This was a perfect spot to stay while spending a week in Porto. Close to everything but away from the crowds. Beatriz was amazing, super responsive and always ready to offer suggestions. The apartment itself was well-equipped to make simple meals. Great experience all round. "

"Located in a quiet area of Carvoeiro the property and grounds, pool etc are kept in good condition. Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine etc and AC. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A hire car is useful but Carvoeiro is walkable, but the the return walk is uphill and very steep in places. Cars can be hired through the hotel and the rate we got was better than going direct to the bigger companies. We would definitely return here if we go back to this area....

"We had a very welcoming check in by Legia who provided lots of information about things to do in Porto. The room we had was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchenette had sufficient cutlery and dishes to prepare food and eat in if one choose to. There are tons of restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel is in a close proximity to most major sites making walking to them very convenient. I would happily stay here again and recommend to others. "

"The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in an excellent location, right in the city centre - very handy for the Bairro Alto/Chiado area of the city centre. Customer service from the rental company was friendly and helpful with good detail provided on how to reach and enter the apartment. The only issue would be that we contacted them regarding additional bedding when we arrived and never received any response to this, however managed to make do with what was on the beds...
