"it was an amazing hotel. specially i would like to extend my gratitude to 'Karim'. He was very attentive to all our requests, and I wanted to say thank you to him again when we checked out, but he was off that day. He was very kind and efficient. and i can't forget 'Simon' either. He was the most professional mixologist I have ever seen. and the band performance at the bar was also impressive. room was also good and spacious and clean, i wouldn't say it was exceptional, but the experiences i have with staffs of that hotel was truly exceptional and i would choose this hotel again when I visit Lisbon. "
