“Although this hotel is billed as a 5 star hotel, it falls short on many levels. First the service. There is a corporate feel to how the hotel is managed. Staff seemed stressed and angry, not helpful. Simply getting a towel for the pool or spa was cumbersome. One towel was allotted per person. If it was wet and needed changing, guests had to leave the pool or spa and travel dripping wet to go to the front desk in order to exchange the towel for a dry towel.
