“Alles top”

“Amazing ! Everything from the facilities, the view, the staff, and the breakfast. Plenty of parking and they also have daily planned activities that you can participate.”

“Staff were excellent. Property very nice and good location for hiking and sights in the North of Madeira.”

“The view from our room was amazing! The view alone made the hotel great. The room needs a bit of an update but it was good for the one night we stayed. The floors were very creaky and the rooms were not soundproof so you could hear any noise from the hallway. I was a bit confused about where to check in but the staff was kind and helpful. I liked how quiet the area was and it was not a very busy street, but didn’t have great cell service. We had no issues finding parking when we stayed. We...

“Struttura molto bella e la camera vista mare è top, letto comodo. Colazione prevalentemente salata.”

“The staff were very sweet and accommodating.the proximity to the pr1 was very convenient and the views were amazing!!!”

“Great hotel with lovely restaurant onsite.”

“The hotel grounds were amazing and resort was beautiful. The workers and staff were outstanding. We loved our stay. Some cons: We had issue with the room air conditioning not working and there were ants in both rooms we were provided to stay. Restaurant food quality was poor and unlike other Hyatt ziva properties we stayed at.”

“A perfect getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation.”

“Prima hotel. mooi centraal gelegen”

“The hotel has a great location next to the Cathedral. Only problem is that it’s hard to get to with luggage, since cars & taxis can not get to the entrance. All the employees were helpful, talkative, and enjoyable. The free breakfast has a huge assortment of goodies and even hot items.. The one problem I do want to address is parking your car. When I reserved, it said parking available.. For some reason, I expected it nearby and free. The parking lot is a good 15 minutes walk from the hotel....

“We were happy to have found this spot with an amazing view of the sea. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was just what we needed and had gf options. Staff was friendly at the front desk. My only suggestion would be that the hot tub actually be hot. It was luke warm at best. The sauna was great but was never on in the morning. You could still do a little cold plunge and restore your muscles after a day adventuring. A fridge in the room would also be nice. But, overall for the price and...

“Lovely base with plenty of nice restaurants close by!”

“Immer sehr sauberes Zimmer, das Pool sehr gut zum Relaxen....man fühlt sich sehr wohl, auch durch das freundliche Personal, wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig”

“Lovely breakfast. Nice room. Great pool area. Overall very good. For a 4 star hotel, I’d expect some milk to go with the tea and coffee. And a bottle of water to go with the glasses provided. Asked about both and was told neither were included. Disappointing.”
