“We loved the location and rooftop pool of this stay, in Madeira. The room was simple, but clean and we enjoyed the amenities. Staff weren’t too friendly and the breakfast was quite limited, but we enjoyed the room and found a great local restaurant to eat at that evening (Restaurant a Chave).”

“Hotel Quinta do Furão is one of the most beautiful hotels that I've ever stayed at. The highlights were the cliffside view with the Atlantic Ocean and mountains in the background, and waking up to the sunrise over the ocean in the morning from our room's balcony. Apart from the view, the hotel is well maintained and the breakfast each morning was very satisfying.”

“Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...

“Went at 11am to check in and was told the check in was at 2 pm (on Expedia it said 11. ) After waiting we got a room with 1 bed instead of 2 double beds, Due to a cancellation we were able to get a bigger room with 2 beds. The other issue was that there was no A/C. It would have been great if they had a portable/ standing fan for the summer. It was hot with no breeze.
