"Overall, my day was good however a number of things let this down. Unable to make four use of the rooftop pool as in a hot day there we’re not umbrellas No Jacuzzi by the indoor swimming pool. The tea and coffee selection in the room was not replenished in the morning. It turned down service does not work and should be reconsidered.. Staff training is a requirement for the rooftop and the reception bar Otherwise, staff were friendly, the hotel was clean overall a good stay. This hotel is not suitable for someone using walking sticks, et cetera. It is located atthe top of the hill and so if you’re not travelling by Car, it’s walking up and down the hill. Enjoy."

"We had a great experience at the Savoy, its beautiful and staff was very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, its location is perfect, easy to explore surrounding attractions. Breakfast was excellent, with great variety. Staff were super good. Will definitely recommend it highly."

"I can’t rave enough about this hotel!! Parking included, fantastic and knowledgeable staff, unbelievable brunch/breakfast and the room was just outstanding. Reception was so patient with all my questions. Female staff really spent time with me and gave me the best advice. I really wish I remembered her name but she is exceptionally good at her role. I do wish there was a bottle opener in the room instead of having to get it from the front desk but that’s a small suggestion. "
