“Excellent property right in the centre of Funchal. We stayed in the top floor apartment V, which had a lovely balcony that has a side view towards the see and sunshine from midday. The kitchen is full of all utensils and cleaning products. Tupperware came in handy to take on hikes with you. There are a couple of points to note. There is no lift so you need to make sure you can climb plenty of steps. The mattress is quite firm and the building carries the noise so you can hear a lot of things...

“Nous avons réservé un hébergement pour 3 personnes avec stationnement et piscine. À notre, pas de stationnement, il faut trouver déjà une place dans les rues bondées et payer. Ensuite, la cha.bre etait très propre et bien équipée mais ne convient pas du tout pour 3 personnes. Beaucoup trop petit. Nous n'avions même pas un endroit poir ouvrir une valise. De plus le canapé lit n'est pas un canapé lit mais simplement un matelas à déplier sur le sol sans drap et sans oreiller pour la troisième...

“There were several areas that were not cleaned and were very dirty. For example the bathroom area: when the fan was on, large chunks of dirt fell on our heads repeatedly. The hairdryer was so dusty and dirty as well as the TV remote control with chunks of dried food on it. Some of the plates and cups were also dirty. The floor was not cleaned and there were dust and hair visible in some areas in between kitchen and living space ”

“very nice, well kept, apartment, with all the utensils, dishes, pots/pans, and appliances you could possibly want/need. staff (Elizabeth) was very responsive and helpful. lack of a deadbolt on the door was a bit of an issue, but we worked around it.”

“Really awful management, had to cancel our stay due to a medical emergency. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help.”
