After arriving from the airport late, and paying for a room in advance, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Despite paying for the room, they’d given it away wi the out any notice or explanation. They were only able to accommodate us because another guest checked out about 12:30am while we were waiting for them to resolve. Unacceptable.

Não tive uma boa experiência

Usamos de uma diária do hotel mas deixou muito a desejar, o quarto e banheiro eram pequenos, estava até bem limpinho, mas não muito confortável e o ar condicionado não gelava, o café da manhã foi fraco, pouca variedade, não dava direito a estacionamento, tivemos que pagar uma taxa extra e os funcionários não são muito simpáticos,solícitos.

Muito boa, só tive um problema na hora do Check-in pois o sistema não estava reconhecendo o CEP de minha cidade Natal, e por conta disso demorou um pouco mais que o normal, mas isso não é algo absurdo, no mais foi tudo ótimo, voltarei mais vezes com certeza.

Café da manhã é regular, e poderia ser mais variado, pois é sempre o mesmo cardápio, desde as frutas até os pães e bolos. A academia é bem estruturada. O quarto estava limpo e decorado com um chocolate sobre a cama, o que sempre nos faz feliz !
