โThis is by far the best property I've ever booked through Expedia. The house sits on the edge of a beautiful working farm, across an ancient Roman bridge. A lovely ten-minute walk into town, you cross another bridge that offers a spectacular view the river.
The owners live nearby and are the most hospitable and generous hosts imaginable, sharing fresh produce from their farm and knowledge of the area.โ

โParking was just a hassle when we first arrived. Small tight parking lot area. Had to wait for someone to check out in order to have get a parking spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful โ
โWonderful boutique hotel in a quieter area of Viseu surrounded by water fountains, a lovely church and a simply wonderful park with an abundance of wildlife. Great selection of close restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Vintage restaurant just a 2 minute walk. The owner is a real charmer.
The staff at Avenida are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean.
