“I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!”

“The property staff were very friendly. We walked into our condo and found it very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The bedrooms were nice size. But our balcony view was stunning. We had a great ocean view from the 4th floor. A nice pool and jacuzzi is there also. We walked down to the main level, and literally walked to the ocean in less than 2 minutes. Parking is on the 1st/main level, under the units so happy that our vehicle had a covered, assigned spot. “Communication was great. Parking was easy, the area was nice. Room was simple, clean but had a musty wet basement smell….. the smell lingered into our clothing. They need to install a humidifier or something similar to take the moisture out of the room. They had a air wick plug in hanging from random cord from the wall which was not only a fire hazard but it didn’t really help to cover up the smell. ”
