"Upon entering our room, pulled back sheets to find pubic hair and stains on the sheets. Even though the bedding was tucked in as though it was freshly made. Went to front desk and was assigned new room without apology from the front desk clerk. Acted like I was an inconvenience for requesting new room. New room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was dismal. Options mostly empty as though it was not being refilled. Would not stay again. "

"Room was very clean. Bed was super comfy. I knew check-in wasn’t until 3:00 but my Uber dropped me off from the airport before that. I knew I would be sitting in the lobby and had no problem with that but the manager had the front desk go on and check me as soon as they had a room available. "

"Staff was great. Rooms were decent. Bed sheets were stained and looked like they had not been changed. Shower was dirty. Had like boogers stuck on the shower walls along wity some other brown smudges of I don't know what it was. There were body hairs on the soap holder. It obviously looked like the shower was not cleaned either. I was really grossed out. The staff was nice but I will not be staying here again."
