"Excellent stay! The hotel was decorated elegantly for the holidays and I was offered a room upgrade due to an issue with the kiosk saying the room was not ready even though it was after 3 pm which is check in time. The Rusk rooms were very accommodating and spacious. I especially enjoyed the view of Daikin Park. It was a lovely stay!"

"The hotel is extremely nice. The open views of the lobby give an eye-opening experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed only one night, but I wish we had time to stay longer. the only con is the downtown view was not that exciting and there's a train just outside the hotel that can be heard throughout the night. "
