"The most Fort Worth hotel I have ever stayed in, without being over-the-top or kitschy. The bed was amazing, and the furniture was perfectly suited for the room. We had a problem with hot water, and we mentioned it at the front desk as we were leaving for dinner. By the time we returned, it was fixed. I wish the pool area were easier to access. The doors were not well marked on how to use them, and my husband dropped his drink while trying to access the gate to the pool (it was hard to open). I think directional signage in the valet area would be helpful. Also, when we were ready to leave, we had to back out as we could not drive between two cars that were using the valet area to casually load their cars. "
